I googled the restaurant for their hours so I could have hibachi, finding them open Mon-Thur 11:30 am - 9:00. Arrived to the restaurant at 3:30. Sign on in the wind read, hibachi 4:30 pm - 9 pm. Website has a ton of photos but horrible information for dinning. I don't think I will be spending my money there. If the website is horrible, I question the service and food. Place has gone down hill.
Used to be good, it was bad today. My wife and I specifically went here for the Yum-Yum sauce. We happily ordered from the hibachi menu in the dining room, had to ask for forks, menus and the actual Yum Yum sauce. When the fabled sauce finally arrived it was like they watered it down. No flavor and dripped off of the vegetables and meats we ordered. So $90 for our dinner to be less than expected, I was right about the place....but it made my wife more upset.
Took our kids on Friday night for their bday dinner. Food was under cooked, steak was raw in middle. Chicken was like rubber. Never saw our waitress after we ordered. Sauces were watered down and not good. Restaurant is very dirty. Will not be going back and do not recommend. Used to be very good here. Food and service done way down hill!
So the experience started off really rough. Made reservation for 730 got there on time was told there would be a 20 min wait ok no prob it was rather busy half hr rolls around asked hostess estimated time she said well another 25 mins. Found out she was seating walk ins before us.Finally got back waited a bit longer we were hr and a half in at this point I was fully invested. Was completed upset until we got our hibachi chef Tony he was amazing he made it a complete turn around experience for us. He was super engaging really funny and a overall pleasure. We ended up really happy food was great way more then I needed. By far the best chef I've had at any hibachi place thus far

The showmanship was better than the food. The price was above average also. If you're looking for a night out with the guys, maybe give it a try. If you're looking for a date night. Go somewhere different.
Entertaining and good. Our Habachi steak wasn't tough, but it wasn't tender either. Not sure if they use a different cut of meat for lunch than dinner. On the a good experience.

Loved our time. Our Hitachi chef was brilliant and hilarious! The food is outstanding. And the Sunset Beach drink was fruity and yummy the perfect summer cocktail.
So my husband and I visited this restaurant tonight for our anniversary and it was horrible service to say the least! The server was extremely rude when I made a polite request to have shrimp removed from my plate as I am allergic. She snapped at my husband when he kindly asked for a condiment. I had ordered a well done steak and was brought a bright pink one instead. I spent a little under $100.00 dollars on this meal just to be treated as if I had held them up at gun point. I am heavily disappointed in this establishment. I’d advise anyone else to use your money more wisely.
