Tried the gluten free crust, it sticks very much to the aluminum sheet they put it on- I had to use a plastic knife to detach it from the sheet. The gluten free crust was burnt on some edges and soft and chewy on others. The vegan cheese was good though!
Build your own pizza, it was great! I was able to try different topics without being charged for each one individually! It taste great and the people are friendly. Great customer service!
There was actual trash all over the floors. The store was empty and when I mentioned it, they didn't do anything but sit around on their phones cursing each other out. Even the manager didn't seem to care about anything but his phone. The counter had a literal cockroach on it. I walked out. My children have heard some of the most inappropriate talk.
Friendly, fast and separate prep area for gluten free items, felt safe to eat here... Good crispy crust and love the oil and garlic as a sauce option... Recommend this to.anyone with gluten issues...
Great tasting pizza! Honestly one of the best I've ever had. Soda was also very good. Staff is friendly and great. Definitely will be a returning customer anytime I'm in the area. Keep up the great work!
What a fantastic surprise. I am particular when it comes to pizza and a chain type store is really not my go to ever. I had the Caprese which is basically a garlic pizza with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, oregano, and fresh basil. They also have “finishers”. You can choose from different options. I choose to have a balsamic reduction glaze drizzled over mine. Delicious! Atmosphere was and employees were all great. Will be back soon.
Ingredients are pretty good. It. Would be neat if they could get the order right tho. Ordered margarita with tomato chunks and basil.. idk why but they thought it was a good idea to put whole leaves and the tomatoes on after it was cooked. Went back to try again this time they put the tomato chunks on but forgot the basil so I went back in and the cashier insisted on just throwing the basil on top. I literally asked them to do this before it was cooked. Also clean your sign over the counter, it has cobwebs all over it. Probably not going back, idk what's so difficult about making a margarita.

Great pizza, prices, and selection! It’s essentially a build your own pizza place but it also has some specialty options if you don’t want to build your own. They have old fashioned like soda options, Arizona tea, water, and some specialty lemonades. There is ample free parking and plenty of dessert options both at the restaurant and surrounding stores. This place has AMAZING gluten free pizza as well and they can accommodate both allergy and preference for GF needs. They have several other crust options too. Highly recommend this place!
Previously overheard a fearful employee whisper that someone is on the cameras. The pizza is good, the staff is amazing, but they’re miserable. I’ve seen the manager extremely angry, basically yelling at the poor girl, then quickly stopped when I walked in.I suspect poor management and poor treatment, so I will not go back to Pi Craft. I will say that this happened between 2 weeks and 4 months ago, for the staff’s protection.
