Excellent service and delicious authentic food. Tom the owner very much cares about customer satisfaction; the first time I ordered here there was a mix up and mistake with the food I received. Tom went above and beyond to rectify the mistake for me and ensure I had a wonderful experience here, which I did. Not only will you fall in love with the food you’ll feel right at home with an owner and employees who care about ensuring you have an outstanding dining experience. Loved this. True Italian and it was amazing. Inside Murphys law and hard to find in the dark but worth it in results. Tried samples of many items and all were great. Was surprised Italian Mac n cheese was an Alfredo but I get it when I tried the dish. It will my new Italian go to!!
Staff are friendly and creative with specials and offerings. We found the Vincenzo panini a few years ago and have never looked back! It is always so good and I recommend to everyone in the area!! The peanut butter crack dessert bar and their soups are always great too. We also love that there is a buy several get one free punch card so that you can earn a free sandwich if you are a regular.

Absolutely love ordering from the Paninoteca boys! Always amazing food and excellent service. The owners and staff are very kind and genuine people who care very much for making your food experience joyful. My go-to are the arancini meat and the spinach and cheese filled appetizers as well as several orders of their rapini (bitter greens cooked in olive oil and garlic). I can’t get enough of it! I LOVE IT! One of the only places that make rapini as a side order. The last time I ordered, I tried their Nutella covered cream puff dessert called Bianco e Nero. WOW, so light and delectable! Not usually a dessert orderer but this is one I would order over and over. Highly recommend Park Ave Paninoteca! I love these guys and their food is amazing!
Vincenzo is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. I’ve ordered around 10-15 times now, one thing I can say is that they are absolutely consistent with their prep and food.
Very very bland. No sauce and very few toppings on plain white bread does not make a good sandwich, especially not for $12 bucks.Save your time and money and avoid it
One of the best run establishments in the Roc.Most of the restaurants here are hit or miss depending on the day and who is working...Park Ave Paninoteca is one of the few that consistently deliver on food quality and customer service.Ive never had a subpar experience here, both online ordering as well as in person visitsThe Vincenzo is probably the best sandwich Ive had in any of the cities Ive lived in. Truly incredible.Side note...Ive always wondered what type of bread they use cause its amazing. Soft yet holds ingredients well
