Disappointed that panera has removed the hibiscus ice teas. They have placed the flavors with high sugar and caffine to the ice teas selection. Only thing available is black tea no sugar with caffeine. Shame on Panera for not offering the caffeine free and sugar free ice tea option. Yes, agava lemonade is still there but agava is sugar, too. We use to frequent Panera in the summer a lot for the teas not anymore.

The entire staff at Panera is amazing and super helpful. They helped me out so much. Great customer service.

Panera Bread serves great food but the quality does not meet the price. You will be charged several dollars for a bowl of chicken noodle soup and only get about five bites out of it. A meal for two people can easily reach $30 and while the food for the most part is good its not good enough to justify the ever increasing prices. Another issue is the cleanliness. Tables are never actively wiped down by employees enough and often times I find myself cleaning my own table or searching for the few that are not dirty. Panera has decent food but for the prices I expect better.

Panera is one of my favorite “go to’s” for lunch for many years but I was very disappointed in the level of customer service I recently received. There were a few issues on Panera’s end- spoke to Jamie as the manager and she was pretty indifferent. Not helpful at all. Still enjoy the food, but the customer service was lacking.

This is the BEST Panera location in the area. Service is friendly, orders are correct, wait times are reasonable and the restaurant dining area has always been clean when I've dined in. The manager, Lydia, is super friendly and always goes out of her way to greet customers and make sure everything is good. If you want Panera, I highly recommend this location.

One of the workers named Jenna was extra patient with me when I had a of questions about the new chicken sandwich. I appreciated that. Food is always excellent.

High quality semi fast food. Sometimes you get what you pay for. The food is very good, portions a little smaller than you hope for, and the price is a little higher than typical fast food. I'll take quality over quantity in this case. Great soups, great sandwiches

Talk about chaos! Ordered take out on app for and is said would be ready for 1:18pm since it was a large order. Came at 1:13pm and they didn’t even see the order to start it. After running around for 5 minutes they realized that and said “it will be ready in 10 min, sorry about it” then what’s the point of using online ordering m. This store is a mess!

I've never had a bad meal at Panera Bread and several of the sandwiches were amazing! The soups are also excellent.

The food is good, however the service has gotten shady recently. As of a few months ago they started implementing a minimum order requirement in order to get curb side pick up otherwise you can only pick up in store. Today i ordered the Tuesday baker's dozen in store for $6.99 but saw it was $7.59 to order in the app. I don't know what else they charge more when you order in the app but be careful.
