I got food poisoning from the pizza and salad delivery I received on 7/31/22 from Panera Twelve Corners in Brighton, NY. Called to report it, and was told emphatically it could have been from something else I ate within the past 2-3 days. They obviously do not read the reports from the CDC and other websites as food poisoning can happen almost instantly or 6 to 24 hours later. The CDC explains the categories of contaminants and the hours within which they occur. Very disappointed in Panera. They need to get their facts straight.

Excellent place to dine for any meal.Delicious, mostly healthy, food with relatively fresh, high-quality ingredients are offered here for a slightly higher price than the average food establishment but is arguably well worth the cost. Orders are reported to sometimes be wrong, but risk seems to be relatively low.The building is usually quite clean, with mostly clean bathrooms to match. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. Indoor area can get quite loud at times. It is dimly and evenly lit and has a nice overall atmosphere.Staff is typically friendly and quick about fulfilling orders. The status of ordered food is queued via buzzers. Lines are rarely long. Food can also be ordered via tablets near the entrance.

Says they open at 8, no signage on the door indicating otherwise. It's about 9 and doors are locked. It's not that hard to update a maps listings with temp hours or to put up a sign so people have some ideas of what's going on.

Dont get the Tuna sandwich. They put.about a teaspoon of tuna on it. It was all bread and tomatoes

This is a great place for lunch if you have no commitments for the rest of the day. If you have anywhere to be in the next few hours, you don’t want to go here. Every time I go to this location I tell myself, “this cannot possibly take as long as last time” and every time it does. The consistency is remarkable, I must admit.

I ordered a chicken salad and THEY DIDNT GIVE ME ANY CHICKEN! Paid damn near $13 for a bunch of lettuce and didn’t noticed until I got home to eat it! Very very disappointed. Will not be returning. I always love their food but I do not like how my order is never correct at this location.

Called at non-busy time, 2pm and had to call 3 times before anyone answered the phone to place a curbside order. Arrived at curbside and for 10 minutes no one came out with food we paid for. I then tried calling 5 x and no one picked up the phone. When we finally managed to get our food, it was delicious.

I didn’t get all the salads I ordered (3). I did get the noodles to go with the Asian salad but no salad. I got 5 spoons and 1 fork. I picked up the order in Brighton and love I’m irondequoit so I’m not going back to get a refund. Their food isn’t cheap. So one should get what they order. You cannot get through by phone to make a complaint.

This location is consistently terrible. I usually love Panera, which is why I have given them multiple chances but my orders are frequently wrong/ missing items. Today I only ordered one item, so they managed to get that part right (hence the one star) but the avocado slices they gave me were unacceptable. This wasn’t the first time it had looked questionable but today it was the worst I have seen. Note to Panera employees: If you wouldn’t eat it yourself, don’t put it on a paying customer’s sandwich.

Panera is as always great. Good food. Clean restaurant. The staff wasn't rude but not pleasant either. Maybe it was just a bad day but not very friendly. I spoke with two people. The first I ordered with and she never smiled or said welcome or anything like that. The second I asked where i could find the water and I got a very brisk answer. It didn't ruin my visit but it didn't make me feel very welcome.
