This is my second time coming here and I love the food. I am just not pleased with the host. He does not smile. He is so in a rush and doesn't really welcome you in a lively manner. He sat me in a corner in the dark and finally realized he need to turn on the corner light. But the waitress was so nice and apologized for not attending to me quick enough. But love the food
Food was excellent. Owner was present, checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied with the meal. Little pricey, but great place for an occasional date night if you're looking for a special place.
We had a retirement party for.my sister 5/6/22.The service was top notch, the menu was bold and the kitchen put a nice spin on all they presented.THE OWNER STOPPED AND GREETED THE TABLE.WEwere able to bring in our special dessert's and they didn't push us out the door . Bravo from top to bottom.*****
Nice decor with good service. But my steak was low end. Very greasy and tough. Not top quality beef.
Great atmosphere, good food and met the owner and is very humble and made sure everything was good, he came by a few times. Definitely recommend.
The sea bass was a Valentine's special and it was amazing! Service was superb and the owner even walked around and greeted.
Amazing restaurant! One of the greatest Italian restaurants I’ve ever been too. The steak and lamb was amazing as well as the dessert. I even got to buy a souvenir wine glass. Hopefully I’ll be able to eat here again. I’m from Chicago.
What a find! I wanted a romantic restaurant on the water with memorable food. Check! Check! Check! Classically beautiful dining room. On the water with an outdoor patio we’ll be back to try in warmer weather. Food—exceptional lamb lollipops & fantastic chicken French & Marsala. Awesome waitress Alyssa. Great host Martin. Even owner Richard checked in us. We’ll be back!
Ordered an appetizer, salads and 2 meals. Burrata was good, the Caesar salads were lacking in flavor, I hate a lot of dressing but these salads had almost none. Salmon had good flavor, but was overcooked. Chicken parm with pasta was good. Bread was amazing ?
Called on a Saturday night for carry out and a very nice hostess said she would check if they could do carry out; no big deal. 4 minutes later was again greeted with “thank you for holding” I told the man who answered somebody was checking for me. Said we don’t do carry out on the weekend; no big deal…. But should have been told this prior.I asked if he knew of anything similar I might. E able to get food. Rudely says “try grub hub they deliver.” Considering I was looking to pickup from a place that openly says they don’t deliver when I would rather support a restaurant than grub hub.Put on your website you don’t do carry out on weekends. It’ll stop patrons from being dealt with by rude staff
