Food was excellent. Our waitress was knowledgeable and made great recommendations.
Wow is all I can say. This place is just amazing! The staff is the best, food is just a work of culinary art, the wine is delicious, and you have to love any restaurant that has an open kitchen. And don’t get me started on how nice their outside dining is! Just go!
My friend and I had lunch at Pane Vino today. We began with calamari which was fresh and crispy. We asked for red sauce to dip the calamari. Our waiter brought it and it was tasty and had a little kick to it. The other sauce offered was an aeoli which was equally delicious. My main course of lobster bisque was exceptional and contained a large piece of lobster. My friend’s watermelon salad was also especially tasty. Finally, our waiter was attentive, accommodating, and friendly. I can’t wait to go back to this restaurant!
Had the most amazing time! Don't miss out. Today is a Wednesday and it's my boyfriend's birthday (a big one) so he wanted to go to Pane Vino. In the past couple years we'd go and sit at the bar and have apps and wine -- always great food! t was warm out today so we sat on the beautiful patio. Our waiter, Niko, was fantastic! He informed us of the special -- prime rib, two sides and a dozen clams for $35. We ordered a wedge salad to split and we each ordered the special, also a bottle of wine (on Weds some of the bottles of wine are half off!). Anyway, the wedge was amazing, with large chunks of blue cheese and thick chunks of bacon, OMG, so good. The prime rib was awesome, the asparagus and mashed potatoes were excellent. Above all, the service was great. Niko and the busser were attentive, super friendly and professional. Can't wait to go back!
Wonderful dining experience with my wife our son and his wife at Pane Vino on the Avenue. From the moment we walked in and were warmly greeted, to the superb service of our “culinary consultant” Niko and absolutely delicious appetizers, sides and entrees it was perfect. One of the chefs who deserve kudos for preparing every morsel to perfection came out to our table with some of our dishes and invited our feedback on the wine and appetizers.Everything from the bottles of wine, through to the last dish, was brought promptly, fresh, hot and to our full satisfaction. Niko was there to answer all our questions, make sure that we were happy with the service and guide us with his expertise and knowledge of each dish.I highly recommend Pane Vino on the Avenue, deserving of 5 stars.
Not my typical style of restaurant, but to say the entire experience was anything short of fantastic would be a bold faced lie. The atmosphere was relaxed but still somehow elegant. There was a live singer on a Monday night that was not too loud or intrusive. The mixed drinks were perfectly balanced and oh so tasty. The entree was fantastic and the dessert was even more so. I would absolutely recommend stopping in and enjoying everything this place has to offer.
We attended an retirement happy hour event. The place was very nice. It had an open bar and appetizers along the side of the room. There was plenty of room to get around and greet and talk with everyone. High tables to stand at and a couple of tables to sit. Very nice and comfortable event.
Went with a group of five for dinner. When we arrived at our reserved time, we learned our reservation had been made inadvertently for the water street address. Our hostess told us not to worry, and was able to seat us within minutes at a wonderful table. Our waiter and wait staff were impeccable and our dinners were exceptional. Would give more than five stars if I could.
just had a great chicken parmesaan. great.
one of the best places in rochester to eat. I recommend the lamb lollipops for appetizer ❤️
