Ordered a oxtail dinner oxtails very bland and no flavor gravy was so watery u could not taste that u was eating jamaican food the cabbage was the best part

Service is always great, portions are always generous. The flavors of the sauces and the melt in your mouth meats are other worldly. Can't wait to try the seafood next. I tell myself to not eat all the sides first but they are so delicious they practically disappear.

The best Oxtails in Rochester!!!! I am VERY picky about JA food because not everyone cook the same, BUT, Pan-Cart....wooh....just like my mother's cooking. And if you know me and you had my mom's cooking, well here is the alternative, and you get your money's worth.Thank You Pan-Cart!!!
