For years,, Olive Garden was our place to go for a good meal w/a nicer atmosphere fr. other chain restaurants. Went this past weekend with my daughters. #1. Highchair for the baby was quite dirty. We had to request for a clean, sanitized chair. #2. Table was not thoroughly clean, sticky everywhere. Had to request for it to be clean. #3. 20 minutes after eating our appitizers, our server informs us she lost our order & proceeds to take our order again!! #4. We requested to see the manager & I was surprised she was unmoved of our unfortunate experience. #5. When we finally got our food, some of it just didn't seem/smell right. $157 wasted. OLIVE GARDEN-longer on our restaurant list.
We had a reservation for 8 people, but unfortunately the system was not able to retrieve our reservation. Sheniqua took the ownership of making sure we get a table immediately. Our hostesses Alicia was amazing, her enthusiasm and positivity just made our dinner so much better. Wishing you a happy 26th birthday ?
Olive Garden is fancier and more expensive than most places I eat at but is great for big celebrations or date nights.The bread sticks and salad are amazing. I could go to Olive Garden and just eat them if it were an option. I tried two different Alfredo pasta meals and both were great. Good serving size.Service was fast and kind. Ate dinner with a table of 6. Placed a reservation ahead of time and recommend you do as well. Place was busy but a nice quiet atmosphere allowing for easy conversation at our table.
I meant to leave a review for our waitress a couple weeks ago (4/7), her name was Monique. She was wonderful & had an amazing personality!! We came to Olive Garden right after a close family members funeral & Monique showed so much compassion.
I don't normally write reviews for chain restaurants, but after our experience today, I'm breaking my own rule. We dined here today for my nephew's birthday and our group had 11 people in it. Our server was fantastic - she got all of our orders right, made sure we had refills on drinks, was very friendly to the kids in our group, and even made sure our checks were all split correctly. The food was great, piping hot, with huge portions. Other staff that we interacted with were also very friendly and courteous to us. I've never had a bad experience at this OG location and I will return in the future.
Our waiter was beyond accommodating! The food was wonderful as usual! The Italian margarita is the best!
Waitress was phenomenal. Seating is kinda crowded but expected with the amount of guest they get. Front desk do their job and friendly! Just don't like the dark lighting but that's just me. Doesn't change my experience
Always go for make your own pasta ? and obviously when you have leftovers, ask them to pack extra bread sticks
great service with delicious Italian food fast. no lines and the prices are reasonable. the waiter on the night of 2/12/22 at the Henrietta location was especially helpful with the endless cheese. ?
