My new apartment needed a kitchen renovation as the shutters were falling off from the hinges. So I walked into this place, hoping to have some designers redecorate my kitchen, you know its the name, it had me confused. But what a lucky confusion, now I come here to eat my fried noodles almost every noon. Forget the kitchen renovation, I don't need no kitchen no more.
Food is always yummy and cooked to perfection. I've been ordering from them for a while now and everything I have tried has been perfect. The people who own and work at the restaurant are very kind and welcoming.
I have tried several Chinese restaurants in the Greece Mt Read/Dewey area. This is definitely the best. Their food is flavorful. They have the biggest variety I've seen on the west side of the city. Your order is ready quickly and even at the end of the night. I've ordered at 1045pm before and I hate being that guy but my flight was in late (little to their knowledge) and were still great about making me a meal and it was just as good as if I ordered it any time of the day.
Best Chinese food in Rochester! Fast delivery, delicious everything! I've been ordering from New Fong since they opened!!! Once I tried their food I never wanted any other Chinese food!!
Consistency is very important to me when it comes to food, because I am a cook. One day week the food is good other week it tastes different not my cup of tea. Keep it consistent

My family has ordered from this place many times and we haven't been disappointed. The only thing I would suggest is that if you like your dumpling skin on the thinner, more normal side, you might not like their steamed or fried dumplings. The skin tends to be a little bit thick and doughy. Otherwise, everything else is stellar. Order with confidence.
Prices are very good and large dishes. Food is good and service is friendly but not always paying attention to details. I like this restaurant.
Great job New Fong Kitchen!!! They must have changed owner/cooks over the past year !! They lost me as a regular customer last year as their cooks always overcooked the vegetables in stir-fry ... broccoli, nappa, snow pea pods, etc. all soggy... So I left to patronize another Greece take out restaurant called "new yu house' which was really good at first but lately has gone totally down hill.2 weeks ago, I called the new yu house at 3:05 pm and was told their lunch specials ended at 3:00 pm.... so serendipity, I called New Fong Kitchen and have been totally pleased and ordered from them multiple times already.New Fong Kitchen is now the King-of-the-Hill in Greece for Chinese Take Out!Keep up the good cooking and don't slack to overcooking the vegetables!So far I have the following tremendous dishes at New Fong Kitchen:- Bean curd Country Style (#140)- Shrimp and Scallop (S24) with white sauce- Shrimp Chow Mei Fun (#65)- Lake Tung Ting Shrimp (S9)- Moo Goo Gai Pan lunch special (L18)- Barbecue spare ribs lunch special (L49)- Shrimp with Lobster Sauce (L44)
