Great food one problem. The yellow bottle which has the hoisin sauce is watered down. Why is that? Hoisin is great for pho but watered down sauce is no good.???
I don't usually leave bad reviews. We've gone to this local place a ton and usually love it but only recently have we had SERIOUSLY bad service. Ordering for take away, the same man on the phone three separate times was so RUDE. The first time we thought they were busy or we caught them at a bad time. They got our order wrong but no big deal. Next time he was rude on the phone again, and when I asked for a specific meal that was ON THE MENU he said yes they had it but when got our order it was wrong and not what was on the menu. This time, just tonight, very rude, and did not have items previously on the menu like they've had in the past. If they had changed their menu, just tell us so. We were unaware of menu changes. Also menu online is incorrect and they know it but haven't fixed it. The constant rudeness has lost you a previously loyal customer. I hope they fix this problem.

Guy on the phone was very very rude for no reason. From the jump, even though we were super nice and giving back kindness. When we picked up the food, different person went in and guy at the register was rude again. Gave us wrong pho but payed for the more expensive one
Delicious ?. Quick service, fresh food. Reasonable prices. They do a great business.
Best pho I’ve had so far in Rochester other than my own. Papaya salad was great, chicken wings fried perfect, and bahn mi tasted as it should. My husband did enjoy the rice plate with pork chop as well. No complaints here
