We held our son's wedding at Monroe's Restaurant in June of this year and were very pleased with the exceptional service provided to us and our guests. The banquet coordinator, Alexia and the service team were also amazing!Alexia assisted us with all the planning and fine details. Throughout my numerous questions and emails, she was pleasant and very supportive.Claire and Grace, our server and bartender, were wonderful! Their teamwork ensured the event was flawless. From start to finish the food was outstanding! The presentation was perfect and everything was delicious. We highly recommend Monroe's Restaurant and look forward to hosting future events at their establishment.

We had Mother's Day Brunch at Monroes. It was lovely! The food was plentiful but not hot. No warming trays! Food was prepared wonderfully but would have enjoyed it warm. There were 15 of us and we were placed in a alcove of bench and chairs on the other side. It was very cramped. It only should have been for 10..at the most. We told the server, who called the manager. We got no satisfaction. It was totally cramped throughout the entire restaurant. As you went up and back to the buffet, you could hardly get past other patrons. We spent nearly $800 that morning and I felt managment was only concerned about getting as many people eating for the money. We won't go back on a holiday.

If you want some incredible food this is the place. The menu is just crazy, you’ll probably have a difficult time choosing but whatever you choose you won’t be disappointed I can assure you. I what to thank our waitress Kathy for a job well done.

We had a great experience at Monroe’s tonight! The ambiance and food was excellent. To start we had the potato croquette appetizer and tomato soup- they were so good! Then for the main entrees, we had the sea bass and pecan crusted salmon, also very tasty! I thought the sea bass was phenomenal. And our server, Morgan, was super friendly any very attentive. Overall we had a great time and will be back again!

We held a wedding celebration dinner on a Friday night with reservations for 7:00 pm. Our plans were made with fairly short notice and while there was not a private room available we were able to have our party dine at the “back of the dining room” which turned out to be lovely. We were able to bring in small table scape decorations to add to our festive atmosphere, as well as our favorite cake from a local bakery for dessert. Cocktails were right on the mark, food was amazing (as always), and our server did a great job of ensuring all guests were well taken care of. We are appreciative of the fine service we were afforded beginning with the planning stages and then right on through our actual celebration, and would definitely recommend Monroe’s to anyone seeking a top notch dining experience!

Passing thru the area staying at a nearby hotel by establishment. Was impressed with the environment with the leather studded black chairs, dark oak, glass & dimmed light. Was greeted by the host and directed to the bar to order carry out. The bartender was polite and took the order. It wasn't until picking up the order and consumption was when my feel good feeling of the Monroe experience went down hill. The food was not impressive and lacked flavor. The Eggplant was soggy in oil and noodles had no taste, the wings were fried too hard and had no taste outside the sauce it was drenched in. If it had been better in taste, I may has missed the fact the house salad and dressing was missing from the order along with utensils and napkins. Unfortunately this did not meet expectations. Tossed out and replaced with vending machine snacks.

This was our first time at Monroes, and it was highly recommended by a couple of our friends. We had reservation so we were seated immediately. We waited a little longer than we wanted to for our entrees, but was worth it because the food portion were huge and the food was great. One word of advice, do not sit in the dining room near the bar,. The bar noise was a bit distracting when trying to have a quiet dinner. We will definitely go back.

This was the first time at Monroes, so we made a reservation almost 2 weeks in advance. When we arrived they tried seating us at a hightop next to where the kitchen was, thankfully we were able to move. Service was slow but our waitress was very nice. We ordered the calamari, which the waitress recommended, it was not very good at all. Luckily the entrees were both delicious! We got the chicken french and chicken parm, they were huge portions and absolutely incredible. Overall good experience!

1st Waitress was horrible... Vibe was weird. she messed up 2 of our orders but than manager came out n tried to fix issue. Got a different waiter he was great.. Drinks were awesome... But I won't return. I'm black, my husband Italian and kids mixed and We all got a not so good vibe from waitress if u know what I mean... and kept telling us everything was gonna be an up-charge.. Kind of took offense to that. Like girl I know where I'm at and how much things cost.. I got it/ we got it... She lost out on a great tip because of her attitude n snippy boring bland weird acting self.

I enjoyed the food, it was absolutely great! However, I got a bottle of wine, and it was served to me WELL below 40 degrees, and was undrinkable during the meal, I had to hold the glass to heat up the one glass I poured out of it. I ordered a Cabernet Sauvignon, traditionally served 60-65 degrees, and it was so cold that the flavor was lost. The waitress I had was great at understanding, but when I talked to the manager, she seemed to brush me off as if my situation didn't matter, and said she would resolve it for future situations. Disappointed in the managerial staff. Loved the waitress for her service and understanding of the situation.Would dine here again, but avoid the wine due to the lack of temperature control on red wine...
