Pretty unprofessional staff here. It was like social hour in the dining room with loud conversation, laughing, and inappropriate banter. Did they not have anything to do I wonder? I'm sure the manager isn't paying them for a party in the kitchen.
Love this Moes, it's always been good, just wish they could bring back cucumber.
Alright - I really tried to give the this place the benefit of the doubt given how new the location is but cmon. Between EVERY single pickup order (6 orders) having something incorrect, and now pulling up to find the doors locked (even though the doors and website indicate they should be open?) I love moes but I’d rather drive back out to the Webster location than come to this store again.
I just ordered from here through their app and used delivery and oh what a mistake it was. The food literally looked like my 9 year old niece had cooked this.This is by far the worst experience I had from Moe’s and I really don’t recommend anybody order from this location.
The worst Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 20+ minutes for food that was supposed to be done in 5, as employees ignored the oven going off multiple times. Saw another customer and multiple employees get into a loud argument including threats. It was 85 degrees inside. When I asked for a refund, the employee asked how much I paid. I indicated I didn’t know, I didn’t have a receipt, and one of the other employees chimed in snarkily “You didn’t ask for one.” You all screwed up and you’re mad at me? When the employee processed the return she didn’t take my card, so I’m not even sure how she refunded me, so I’ll likely have to contact my bank. Will not return and I suggest you don’t either.

Not a great first experience at this location. Ordered through the app and got home only time find that both of the two burritos I ordered were made totally incorrectly. The rice on my burrito was rock hard, like it wasn’t even cooked. Definitely go there and watch them make your order
Always missing items, taco ingredients are never correct, better off with Taco Bell, at half the price.
Went twice. Staff was great .Food was the way I ordered it.
Walked in at 9:15pm and was immediately welcomed with "welcome to Moe's, were closed!" I walked up to clarify and said are you closed? They guy replies "YES! Go home!" All the other employees turn around and say no were not closed. A girl comes over to take my order and all they have left is ground beef and chicken.As some one who works in food service and has for 12+ years, and runs a restaurant now, I have to deal with kids and employees being upset and telling customers were closed when we're not all the time. Me and the guy had a laugh about it actually. I'm really just more upset at the limit of meat options! You're open till 10, I know warming up more chicken ain't that hard. Smh
