Food is good if they get your order right. ordered a burrito and chips and queso. got home and no queso. went back and asked for a refund and was told they couldn't help me because the line was too long. smh. just go to chipotle.
This was my first time at this location. The staff was very unprofessional. Hardly anybody in the place and most of the tables where dirty , also when I walked , my feet stuck to the floor. I happen to be a EVP of a large corporation locally. Out of curiosity, I looked up the reveiws for this place and the number of 1 star ratings didn't surprise me. Obviously the owner doesn't care because he continues to allow bad behavior. Mr Owner, you won't be in business long.
I'm so disappointed in my food. I love Moe's Queso. I asked to make my burrito a meal with a large queso. I saw the person start scooping it while I cashed out, but for some reason I was given a small side. Also all my chips in my bag were nothing but pieces so small I couldn't even dip them in my tiny side of queso. I am gonna think twice about going there after this and many other issues I've had.
This is the 3rd time I been to this location n the last 5 months and the customer service is HORRIBLE. They have to many young kids working in there who don`t know how to treat their customers. Their work stations are Nasty and Dirty looking, The food was cold I had red sauce floating around in my Queso. This is my last time giving them my Money. Some of their appliances was not working
Utterly disappointed with this location. Came in for lunch ordered a bowl. The kids were distracted who were taking the orders. My bowl, not joking you was not even 1/4 full (5/7 bites in total) when they rang me up. They just sprinkled the cheese and lettuce and not even a scoop or serving of meat. The rice didn't even fill the bottom. They ended up charging me 15 dollars for that little 5 bite meal. Went to a different location the other day and the bowl was full like it should be. I have had issues in the past with this location and didn't go back for a while and thought i would give it another try. But now I'm def not Coming back. I'm sorry but they need to step up their game.
I had Moe’s for dinner tonight and I know they were busy because it’s Cinco De Mayo but, dinner was terrible. My order was wrong they gave me somebody else’s nasty cold burrito. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and never got the drink or cookie that it was supposed to come with. I got two bowls of queso with maybe what would be the equivalent of two handfuls of chips. The soda machine was out of almost all the soda and had no ice in it. It definitely wasn’t worth the $50 I spent on dinner.
They took long with my order this location had an unsanitary and unorganized work environment. Corporate needs to investigate management and co-workers work ethics and reorganize employment here at this location. It was just horrible.Never again will eat there or order there
Thought I would give it a shot. We order an early dinner for myself, my husband and our kids. When my husband got home with our order, we noticed they forgot to give us the drinks and cookies for the kids meals. So they were disappointed about that. I ordered the stacker with chicken and rice. They completely forgot to add to chicken so it was pretty much really dressed up rice... definitely not the money. The best part about it was the queso ??♀️ I wish I read the reviews first
We got a nice welcome overall customer service was pleasant. Food was not so. Rices we're old and hard ,they were out of a lot of things, steak was chewy. Then my husband got the wrong burrito when he had the correct one at first.
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. A friend and I had dinner there last week and it was a nightmare. The whole staff (if that's what you want to call them) got into a fight. A lot of yelling the f & n word at each other. It was disgusting, the manager who was part of it, should have apologized to the customers but that didn't happen. We will never go to that location again
