This place is awfully small but dishes out great tasting traditional Mexican. We waited about 35-45 minutes for a table but sat at the bar and had one of their great tasting margaritas. Service was super quick and friendly. The food was extremely well prepared and tasted great. This little restaurant definitely out punches it’s size especially in comparison to much larger Mexican restaurants in the Rochester area.
First time there and my experience was fantastic from the service to the food. Great menu with many choices. You will not be disappointed! Can't wait to go back!!

I'm very torn on this place. Myself and 4 friends met here for our monthly get together. Another friend had called to reserve a table since we were expecting 6-8 originally. They didnt take her info at all but said theyd have a table for us. 2 of us got there about 30 mins early, so i let the hostess know and he said if we wanted we could wait at the bar until we were ready to sit at table. We did, just to be told we would have to wait another 20-30 mins for a table.The space itself is small and cramped. But if your party is small, you'll have no issues.The food was par for any main stream tex-mex. Not bad, but not brag worthy either. The margaritas though! Worth it!! Huge in size, delicous and comes in a variety of options. Over 5 flavors, over ice or frozen, salt or sugar. And did i mention, huge?
We had a great experience at the Mesquite Grill!! We went on a Saturday evening (~5:30) and there was a 15 minute wait, which I thought was amazing being dinner time. We ordered the STREET TACOS meal and BURRITOS DE PUERCO meal. The meals were very large (we brought some home), the food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. An appetizer, 2 meals, and 2 soft drinks came to a total of just over $40. The atmosphere is wonderful,the restaurant has bright cheerfully colored walls with decorative artwork, the booths have tile mosaics on the divider walls, quaint lighting hangs over the tables, and they have Mexican music playing softy in the restaurant. The service was excellent, the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and helpful. They keep the restaurant very clean,and they even have hand sanitizer stations throughout the restaurant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic homemade Mexican food. It was very delicious!!!

Absolutely delicious! Portions were good size and prices were reasonable. We had lunch around 1:30pm so there was no wait but the food was fast from the time we ordered to when it showed up. Hands down will be back again!
My kids brought me here for dinner on my birthday. The food is absolutely fantastic and the prices are great! I would highly recommend.

Food is delicious but comes out really, really fast. The staff are friendly but make you feel rushed to eat and leave. The frozen margeritas are good. Prices are reasonable. Cute ambience.
