Had the wood fired (a white garlic and pepperoni/sausage/ peppers,onions) pizza very good, will definitely go back.
I had the homemade tagliatelle pasta with clams & it was divine. Amazing flavor. Date had fillet mignon & she devoured every bite ( which is very unlike her ?)
So this was my first time eating at Merchants Wood Fired Pizza & Bistro. Me, my cousin, and our 91-year-old grandmother went there to try their wood fire pizza. First of all the pizza was amazing. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza came out popping hot. We also had wedding soup which was so so good. The thing that really stood out was the customer service, The waitress was so sweet and made us feel at home. My grandmother has dementia and sometimes she can talk a little confusing. The waitress had such patience with my grandmother. She told us that her grandpa had dementia too and she understood. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Loved my recent experience there. I had their chicken parm. Perfectly plated, generous portions of cheese. Spaghetti just the right doneness. Also got a cheese pizza to go, which made for an extremely tasty lunch the next couple days after. Will be back!
Delicious dinner tonight. Had the basil chicken satimbocca. It was so tasty and filled with fresh flavors. Loved it. ❤️
The pizza here is pretty amazing and the service is one of the best. I strongly recommend trying this place out when you want something amazing to eat.
