Excellent food and service. Accommodating to add a shrimp to the cocktail to make it 4 and easy to share! Cocktails were generous. Bone-in rib-eye sliced in the kitchen to share and cooked medium rare to perfection. Pricey, but worth in when everything is delicious.
The food was delicious. Our server was great. We had an enjoyable evening. Itâs pricey, but we were aware of that ahead of time.

Ordered a bottle of wine at the bar before our table was ready, had to carry the bottle to our table ourselves. In my experience bartender or hostess should carry it for you. Food was lower quality than expected and took long to receive. Weâre given rolls that weâre burnt. Ordered prosciutto wrapped asparagus which was definitely not wrapped more like bits of prosciutto thrown on top. My husbands steak was over cooked. We had high hopes but weâre very disappointed.
It is a hole-in-the-wall location; the least they could do is wash the glass doors inside and out to present a welcoming, clean effect and unlock the doors on time. Need to upgrade to a bit nicer locale. Waiter was very good; Salad Special Excellent; Filet Mignon very good; Wine Cab Sav good. Lemon Tart Outstanding.

Delicious large portions, with sides you can share. Simple, elegant decore with a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Upscale dining. The yummy pork chop was a big as my head (and I have a rather huge cranium)! If you want to impress a client, or celebrate an anniversary, Max Chophouse will not disappoint!
