I eat here once a week minimum. Their lunch specials are extremely reasonable and they're quick to prepare food.
This food is inedible. Gross. The steamed vegetables dumplings taste and feel like plastic. The spring rolls are flavorless and rubbery. I don't know what they did to make this chicken crusty. I'd give it a negative rating. This food is dangerous.
While the food was decent and ready very quickly, the customer service was abysmal. I ordered my husband the hot and spicy chicken thinking it would be equivalent to General Tsos, but it ended up being a container of very little chicken and mostly vegetables. I put in an order for General Tsos and drove all the way back with the hot and spicy chicken to tell them this was not a chicken dish as described on the website. There was quite literally little slivers of chicken amongst a plethora of vegetables. The worker at the register opened it up and said that was hot and spicy chicken, and that’s how they make it. I told him there was no description of it being mostly vegetables like it was, but he could have cared less. I told him I ordered General Tsos to replace it. He didn’t even care to make it right and had the gall to tell me I could throw out my initial order when I was spending my money there twice to get the dinner my husband and I wanted. I understand I could have ordered the “correct” thing, but it was our first time trying Mandarin Court, and I will not spend my money again somewhere that doesn’t care to make things right with the customer.
Found a band aid in my food I do not recommend please don’t eat ??
I am honestly disgusted looking at this food right now. Number The food looks old as if it was sitting out for hours. And then the rice I told them no onions, no bean sprouts there it is in it. Seem like it was more bean sprouts and onions than rice. SMH I am very disappointed with my meal that I been craving. This is my third time ordering from them, and every time I order I tell them no onions no bean sprouts and they still put it in. They do not accommodate your order, they do as they please. They had lost me as a customer.
Service was fast the restaurant (from my perspective) was clean, the guy wouldn't let me use the bathroom. Heavy set guy at register was rude, pushy and 0 customer service.Food was ... well... odd, the chicken was chewy and I had never eaten sesame chicken that had that flavor and no sesame on it. The sauce was sweat garlic flavor- not the normal from American Asian food. The rice didn't taste right, like old and cooked or reheated many times.
Food is good but they need a different person greeting customers. The man that is there is miserable.
LOVE THIS PLACE, such a reliable quaint restaurant that always makes such amazing quality food in a short amount of time. So many options and their menu is extremely easy to go through and understand, options for vegans and vegetarians which is a major plus. Overall a dependable place that my friends and I turn too when ordering take out.
Kinda rude staff, but 99 percent of the food would be pick up, so they are used to just rushing without representing the business.. Food was on par with what you'd expect... Priced right... No thank you.. no your welcome doesn't work in my book.. won't be coming back
Yucky! Shrimp toast was a grease bomb with unidentifiable contents. Chucked into the garbage. The hot and spicy shrimp lunch was bland and unflavorful.the egg drop soup was decent. The pork egg roll had red coloring and was a mush of god knows what. Ne vf er again.
