My friend and I had lunch and the owner intentionally watering plant behind my chair. That’s make us uncomfortable to had conversation. 10 minutes after he watered the plant, he literally asked us to leave because it’s dinner time. And he escorted us to helped open the door. As I walked slowly because I had lower back pain he followed behind me until I got close to my car. But before I open the car door I found that someone scratched my car so badly. I was so upset. My friend and I were trying to figure it out what we gonna do? This owner stood up behind us and stated with defense that will never happened and he would see if happen in his place. Then why he didn’t see someone scratched my car?? He always stand up in front of the door like security guard. And I asked if I could see in from his camera to find out who did it. He stated that the camera it’s only for their own security. He also said that the camera did not recorded and we can not see flash back.??? Smell like fishy. I will never go back to this place again. This Restaurant is NOT secure place bad neighborhood with the RUDE owner (kind of suspicious that he the one who scratched my car, he might thought that my car was not the customer’s car—after I read several customers reviews about parking lot)

One of the servers was so rude! I was ordering food from here and coffee on my phone but I’m in the middle of moving so I had a lot of stuff in my car with everything everywhere. I get out the car to look for my card and the server was outside waiting for me to get out. He then asked me if I was ordering here and because it’s none of his business I said nothing even though I know I had a takeout order but needed my card. He’s telling me to move and I am explaining to him what I’m doing and he completely ignored me and said these are for customers you need to move now read the sign. Which says you’ll tow my car if I don’t move. I am not upset at moving because there were other spots near where I was getting coffee which order would’ve been done first but it was his rudeness and yelling. Customer or no customer, it is how you talk to people. Even if it’s his job to enforce traffic he needs to learn to speak to all people. now you will never get me as a customer again! He only approached my car the first time so rudely. Please teach your employees to have better customer service.

Food was delicious. The older lady who may be the owner was kind and had a friendly face with warmth but there are some young ladies...one of them felt like she was being forced to work. Had very rude expressions when asked for help with food. The food was indeed delicious. Service may be slow due to understaffed but the food is worth the wait.

The chicken mamasan noodles were the best noodles I have ever had in my life! Wowee are they delicious! Smokey nutty flavor with noodles cooked to perfection! The lady running the place was super funny and sweet! I haven't even finished eating my lunch, had to write a review right away, already can't wait to go back!

It was an interesting experience there, however it wasn't enjoyable as I felt the place turned more into a cafeteria, and for the price I'm paying for the meal, I'd like to feel as though I'm not rushed. Let me explain. It is highly efficient, but not enjoyable. When you arrive, you first go to the payment counter and order your meal, and pay. By the time you sit down, within 2 to 5 minutes, your meal is in front of you. Granted if you're here to eat fast it's nice, but I felt very pressured to eat fast and leave. The family that owns the restaurant are wonderful, and it is a novel idea, but not the sort of place I'd come back to eat. The food isn't necessarily as good either. I got the Thai Curry Chicken, 5 star spicy, and it was not spicy, as well as there were only three small pieces of Broccoli in it, I should have ordered extra vegetables. I miss the former place. This feels more like a fast food restaurant. I can't blame them as they are in Collegetown in the city, and maybe this is a better model to serve the kids. I just miss the personal service.

The food was awesome. So many options it was tough to pick. The staff were all incredibly friendly and polite. There was no wait, our food came out extremely quick and was very fresh. They had ample parking available which can sometimes be tricky in this area.

Service is good. Food is little expensive for the quality and quantity both. It’s not that food is not good, it’s good but I had expected a little better.

Great food and service. From the min we walked in we were greater and felt like we entered someone's home. I loved the mix of people from family's to college students. I would recommend the pho.

Appetizer was the Bean Cake which was super tasty. Main dish was the sweet and spicy special rice dish with pork. Absolutely delicious. Kicked it up a notch with some of the garlic chili sauce at the table. Bam! It was great. Would do again.

This was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to!, the service was so on point.. and the food was excellent. Will be back for sure!
