When another restaurant was unable to accommodate our party. Mac Gregors went out of their way to help us. They even moved our table allow for a wheelchair. The food was great and the server was attentive without hovering.All in all a great experience.
Smelled like dirty mop water as soon as you walk in. The booth was sticky and food everywhere on the floor. Tons of flies flying around and lazy customer service. I waited 45 minutes for my lunch to be wrong, asked to speak to a GM and they never came out. It took 5 minutes to get a refund, had to ask multiple times.

Food was nice, but the service was non-existent. Tried to order a drink from a server, was told he doesn't do drink orders and just walked away. No utensils with the food, multiple asks for condiments and check.
