I went to have a drink at the bar and the bar was wet with spilled beer. I ordered a drink and it tasted like straight cola... The rum flavor was missing and the bartender said maybe 10 words to me. I expected a better drink for 6 dollars. I left it more than half full and I will not be returning to that establishment. Very disappointed in the service and product given.
My wife and I went last night for a Fish Fry about 6:00. The wife ordered a small fish fry while I ordered the large. After what seemed a long time our orders finally came. My wife's order seemed to ok. She said it was cooked properly and tasted fine. My order on the other hand seemed to be an order left over from lunch and tossed in the oil for a re-heat. The meal was cold, soggy, and totally unacceptable. I asked for nothing else, my wife finished her meal and we left. Never to return.
Great drink options and great food. I tend to get to one of thier locations at least once each month. It is a great place to meet friends over a great meal! The atmosphere at this one is my preference. Just a good time. Pool tables on the lower deck with table and bar options depending on the visit or mood it is always a good time.
Ordered moz sticks for an appetizer. They came out over cooked and no cheese in the sticks! They took them back and took off the order. I understand that service these days is hard to come by. Unfortunately it took over 40 mins to get the food. The food was very average at best. Also had to send back a cheese steak due to having no cheese and just not appetizing at all. The staff didn't seem sincere when we advised the experience and quality wasn't up to par. Would not return
Service was excellent considering the time in which now live. Our wait staff was efficient friendly and quick to take care of us. The burgers and fries we very good and plenty to eat.
My wife and I have been customers for well over 20 years and have never been treated so poorly. First it took over 15 minutes just for our initial drink order. Waitress cleaned the table next to us prior to putting in our order. Turns out the beer was wrong. Dinner was ordered and that was wrong. We understand the staffing issues and have always been fine with the difficulties throughout the pandemic. However when the bill was handed to us we noticed that the wrong amount had been charged and the waitress did not know how to fix it. It had been run through and showed up on our bank statement. She then came back with the proper bill and we requested that she refund the wrong amount back to out account. Then the older male manager came over and was aggressive and rude saying that it had not been charged yet our account showed otherwise. We just didn’t want to be charged twice yet with his aggressive and rude behavior the situation just got worse. He literally threatened me and told us to never come back. He kept referring to us as “you people “ not really sure who he was talking about. Again we have been customers for well over 20 years but definitely no more. It’s a shame but I will tell all of my friends and coworkers about our experience and will gladly go elsewhere. I wish there was a zero star category.
This place is top notch! The manager and bartender JJ are caring, kind and protective! Amazing people who truly care. Also the regulars are pretty cool too. Safe place to hang!
Bartender barely noticed us. She paid more attention to other customers. Ended up leaving early. Food was amazing, atmosphere was friendly and fun
I love the ambience of this bar. Classy and relaxed. The staff is phenomonal and all the bartenders are very knowledgeable from mocktails to beer preferences. And the food is good too! I love the deep fried pierogies. Whats more there are two pool tables, some arcade games and two dart boards. Perfect for an entertaining night out without breaking the bank.
