Went in for an early dinner. The hostess had the personality of a toad but our server was FANTASTIC!! Ordered a few different selections and shared them. The salmon was cooked perfectly to order, the rice pilaf was fluffy and flavorful. Our sweet potatoes were absolute perfection and the chicken and strawberry salad was divine. Fresh fruit, candied pecans, perfect greens and grilled chicken lightly seasoned was a huge hit. The portions are so big we couldn't eat half of what we received (hello, doggie bag). Everything was great. What made it even more so was the way we were treated by our server, Lucas. He took his time to ensure we were happy with everything and consistently checked on us throughout our meal.The prices were on a par with the quality of the food. Will definitely return. It was my first time and i was expecting it to be sub par. HOWEVER it had amazing food, great atmosphere, and incredible service. The Parmesan chicken was absolutely incredible. I was blown away. The desserts were also amazing. I ordered the strawberry shortcake and it was all very fresh and very filling. The entire experience was a 10/10 and I dont usually rate anywhere anything near that high.
Seated at a booth in the bar area I'm able to see the two smaller TVs above the bar. It's just what I'm looking for eating alone this evening catching up on emails. My order of 6oz Renegade Sirloin, baked potato, salad, and small pour glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, arrives within 20 minutes. The medium-well steak is tasty with the noticeable butter dripping on the plate. This is a solid meal, cooked well, tasty, and reasonably priced. The only complaint is the excessive amount of blue-cheese dressing put on the salad. Next time I'll ask for the dressing on the side. The waitress is quick on water refills and doesn't rush me. Overall my experience is great not having been to this restaurant in years.
So enjoyed my meal today. For a take out it was ? my spicy chicken bites was delicious and tender with a nice portion filled to the top my strawberry salad and Asparagus with cheese sauce wow. Thank you I will be returning. And you also can bring your family here and enjoy..This is it Rochester choice of the week.. place to be Longhorn Steak House.??
Everything was better than I expected. Food and drink were delicious. Service was exceptional. About 15 min of wait time for table and another 25 for rest of the food. Place is clean and the seats were spacious. This location honors military discount.
Carlos was an amazing waiter. Entertained us with every interaction, super friendly and nice. The Parmesan crusted chicken was amazing as well!
It’s lil pricey but there food was good. And the people work there was really accommodating.
The staff was so nice, it was SO busy, but the food came out quickly and was delicious ?
Food was good, the server was good. When I got there I gave them my name and phone number to be on the wait list. The hostess told me it would be only ten minutes before we get up. Then when I went and sat down I got a text message saying it would be 35-40 minutes before we get seated. After an hour of waiting I had to go up and ask them how much longer it would be. They seated me in less than 2 minutes after I asked. I never received a text message from the hostess until I sat down.
Food was great. But there’s nothing I hate more than seeing how managers treat staff. Manager Travis treated the hostess (who was very new- not her fault) like she was stupid. Right in front of us. To the hostess- keep your head up. And maybe look elsewhere. You don’t deserve to be treated like that by your manager when he should be teaching you.
