I love Leaf and Bean, but lately it seems there is too much socializing behind the counter and not enough attention being spent on the drink making process. Stopped in on Saturday, 2/26/22 asked for a medium mocha latte made with almond Milk, one pump of mocha, extra hot. The young gentleman handed me my drink, restated what I had asked for and as as I am walking out I take a taste and it is luke warm. Then trying to get the attention of someone behind the counter is next to impossible.

Love the lattes and tea selection. Great assortment of desserts! Cozy atmosphere. I do wish they asked for names and called them out/wrote them on the cup to make the pick-up process a little smoother. I’ve called ahead to order drinks multiple times and the past 2 times that I’ve gone to pick them up they hadn’t even started making them which was a little frustrating. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling ahead.
If having food, order at counter under "GRILL" first, then get in line to order your beverage, pay for beverage and food.I had a French Toast bagel with cream cheese and a side salad size of the Mixed greens, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, sesame seeds and poppy seed dressing. [I forgot the name of the salad]. Also had a hot Rasberry Chai, yummy!! I will be returning when I visit my daughter's family.
Just another yuppie/millenial/gen xyz coffee shop. Save your mo wy and go to dunkin unless you drive an emblem (audi,mercedes,bmw,Lexus, etc) and are all about keeping up with the jones

The Tanzanian Peaberry coffee is some of the best coffee I’ve had. Love this quaint little coffee shop!

Great people; and I love that the customer base is a mix of college students, families and motorcycle enthusiasts. Just a very welcoming place (in addition to good food like the San Mateo(?)!)
The lunch was excellent and very healthy. Great atmosphere and delicious.
Great place to buy whole bean or ground coffee. Eat in Cafe is also very good.
