I am so disgusted by this Resturant and it’s owner. I walked in to pickup my Uber eat orders and kindly asked for a plastic cup while awaiting for everything to finish. The cook behind the counter asked if I could pass him two cokes for my client pickup order while doing so I asked again for a plastic cup only to be looked at very ghastly. I proceeded and passed the cook the cokes (which was a nice gesture and saved him a trip as orders should be made/prepared by the store and not the Uber eats worker) After finishing the orders I asked again for a plastic cup to be looked at wrongfully he then proceeded and passed a stack of clean/open cups to go to his back shelf and hand me the only cup stationed above the sink. He processed with handing me the cup only to find it was used and dirty around the rim. I was so furious and disgusting by his actions and handed the cup back. I walked out feeling so belittled but it also made me think how is this store preparing food for people(color) if he’s willing to hand a paying black customer a dirty cup. I highly recommend no one order from here as the morals/values are disarranaged and sickening. I also wonder if my skin color was anything other than black would he have provided me with a clean cup?
They have new ownership. The guy that was making my salads messed up my salads then tried to charge me for honey mustard -_- he said honey mustard is not a dressing for a salad -_-. God bless him
Lakeside hearts has one of my favorite rochester based garbage plates they have decent hours and the food is on point compared to the many locations in Rochester that serve garbage plates I can appreciate Lakeside hearts because of its consistency and quality of food products I highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience Rochester New York base garbage plate
This place, hmm selling dollar store hot dogs and don't bother getting a steak wrap. Just no good from the money spent to the low quality product.
Got my husband a garbage plate it had kidney beans not baked beans Mac salad not even close to Mac salad.. And I had a chicken finger sub that was a joke little pieces of chicken not a chicken finger sub.. will never order here again...

this place provides the worst food service the food is unpleasant and I saw the food being prepared and picked up from the floor and continuing to serve it to the customers. They have very bad attention and take too long. The workers there do not have good hygiene

the Mac salad for the hamburger plate was filled with like parsley and Italian seasoning and it was absolutely gross in the flavor of the seasonings took over the whole plate I did not even eat it.. It was more like butter noodles than Mac salad there was no mayonnaise salt or pepper on the Mac salad at all gross
Ordered a cheeseburger plate. Hardly any sauce on it at all… disappointed
