Horrible customer service, person who picked up the phone, may have been the owner, made a suggestive comment and then proceeded to yell at me. Will never eat at a place that has such horrible unfriendly and downright rude service. Yikes.
Can't go wrong with LaFamiglia. Best pizza in town as far as I'm concerned.

Famiglia's has--hands down--the best fish fry in Rochester. On Fridays, order early because they always sell out. The service is always so kind and friendly to our little ones. Rochester fish fry is truly unique and cannot be found in other parts of the country, so head to Famiglia's to get the real thing!

I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a little kid and all I can say is that I will be a customer for life. The food and atmosphere are just excellent and the staff is always friendly. I highly recommend the extra hot wings!
I love this restaurant! Great pizza, great service! So when I needed a place to hold our end of year banquet for my daughter's volleyball team, we were not disappointed in the service and food at LaFamiglia. Definitely will be going back and the banquet will probably be at LaFamiglia next year too!!
Heard of them, but never tried them until, by a stroke luck, two of their competitors were closed during posted hours with no phone message as to why and the other closed ridiculously early. LUCKY FOR US‼️ We'll never go back because it was so much better and they are so nice! Thank You LFP‼️
I ordered at 7:43 and was told it would take 40 mins. At 8:40 I called because there was no delivery . I was told the drover was out and the rest were bad. I love 5 mins from here snd I just drive from my business in Pittsford and got home in the same amount of time as o would in a sunny day . I received my order at 9pm. The driver said he just left the shop at 8:55. So I was lied to. If only the woman had been honest and told me they forgot to do the order. My husband worked at a pizza shop as a kid and said a small cheese pizza and ham cold sun would of taken 20 mins to make . So they obviously just made it . I don’t like being lied to. I understand mistakes so honestly would of kept me as a client.
My boyfriend introduced me to this place earlier this year. Since then no wings have matched up. I'm constantly recommending La Famiglia to all of my friends. Their wings and pizza are to die for. Will keep coming back every few weeks for the rest of my life.
