It's such a fresh of breath air to have a healthy eatery in Rochester NY especially on Clinton Ave. It's nice to have healthy options in our community. I didn't take a picture of the menu inside. The customer service was great, very inviting. The food tasted delicious. The crab roll phenomenal. I will definitely be back. The prices for what you get are very decent.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. And I’m kind of hesitant to reveal my secrets, but the world deserves to know. Haha. So many great options from poke bowls to smoothies to juice cleanses. Real food. I repeat: REAL FOOD!! Real ingredients. Great staff. Great vibes. It’s just a positive atmosphere and I appreciate that they chose to bring that positive energy to Clinton Ave for the community and also to attract people to come to us and partake in our culture.And if you’ve read this far, let me put you on to a little secret. If you get “the gains,” ask for it “Rick style.” No cap. Zero cap. No cap is involved involved whatsoever. Lol. I don’t know what the extras are, but it’s legit the best smoothie I’ve had in years and I felt amazing after I had it. Worth every penny and then some.
Super excited to have a smoothie spot closer to the house. I would definitely recommend people to come in and check out La Cura. The smoothies are delicious. A lot of option specially for vegan people.
Wish I was in the neighbourhood more often! Love the Poke Bowls, really fresh ingredients and lots of different options for your bowl. Big Tip: The bowls are large enough for 2 meals. Good luck, hope to see you again soon.
Had an awesome lunch at La Cura Healthy Eatery LLC at 1184 N. Clinton Rochester, NY today. Spiralled zucchini "noodles" with sriracha tofu, spicy ginger dressing and a bunch of fresh veggies! Delish! Got the chopped fruit bowl to go. Smoothies, avocado sushi rolls, juices. This is a new restaurant (opened in September, 2021) which serves the freshest of vegetables and fruits along with your choice of protein. Eat in, delivery or takeout. Sooo good!
First time going to La Cura. I had heard many good things about this place, so I decided to give it a try. So worth it! The location, price, quantity and quality is perfect! The mission of this business is what also attracted me to this place and why I will continue to purchase their products. Up next is the juice cleanse!
