We have been here a few times over the past year with family and friends. Service and food were good. However, my wife and I recently ate here and service fell right off a cliff! It was at maybe 50% capacity at best. We waited so long for the host, six different employees told us ‘it would only be a moment, (6 - I counted). We waited almost twenty minutes for our 2 drinks for dinner. When we finally asked we were told someone ‘stole’ our sangria and they were out of Diet Coke (after we finally asked). Dinner took over 2x as long as on a busy weekend night. Ugh!

We were in town here for a work trip which happened to fall on Cinco de Mayo and we were looking for a place to go have some good Mexican food. The food here was excellent probably the best mole’ sauce I’ve ever had and the roasted pork tacos were delicious. They had a very limited menu most likely because of the holiday but I thought that the price gouging here seemed a little over the top. The margaritas were served in these little plastic cups they were nine dollars for a small and $15 for a tall. Though they were freshly made not from a mix I thought that it was extremely expensive considering it was mostly Ice.The staff was very diverse very friendly the atmosphere of the restaurant was great it is in an old house a little dingy but that made it great I wasn’t looking for a chain restaurant.

Came here on a taco Tuesday (4$ per taco). Food was delicious- especially the churros. Our waitress Tammi was very attentive. Would definitely come back!

I’ve been here a few times to kill time and grab a couple drinks while I’m downtown. The margaritas are really well made & they have some fun flavors that aren’t too sweet. The chips and salsa is also great. Multiple times I’ve had the bartender Rob who was super friendly and really made me feel welcome while sitting at the bar by myself. Will definitely be back.

I've heard really good things about this restaurant so my expectations were a little high. We went on a Tuesday and it was a little busy. I felt the wait time was a tiny bit long for the food. Service was great! I got the fish tacos and I would say they were average.

Delicious, vegan food available.Order sopes for vegan. Else enchiladas are the best.

Not a busy night and was able to immediately find a seat at the bar although it ended up being 15 min wait until I was welcomed and asked for my drink request. It was another 10 min wait to get my drink after ordering. The large margarita, 1 pint, was good but I was a bit surprised when I saw it was $13 with no top shelf tequila added. it's taco Tuesday and I wasnt offered the taco menu which I found out was special for Tuesdays. After being clued in by a patron I ordered 4 tacos at $4 per taco, l ordered the brisket, chicken, pork, and fish tacos and each were slightly above average at best. No place setting of silverware or napkin and no salsa and chips were offered while I waited for my order, so I requested them during my meal. Needless to say I was a bit disappointed this time around seeing the last time I was here 2 years ago I rated it 4 stars and thought the food was quite good. I understand adequate staffing is difficult in today's economy.

The food is flat, desperately needs some acid to balance it out. They use a spice blend in too many of their items, so many things taste the same. They have a ramp for people who are handicapped or have issues walking, but they don't keep it cleaned off and they don't shovel the sidewalk. If you are in a wheel chair or have issues walking this is not the place for you! It was freezing Inside, my food was ice cold before I could finish, this makes no sense to me. I shivered the entire time I was there, everybody had their coats on while they dined. Not worth the money, just want a good experience!

A wonderful old building turned into a fabulous venue. Charming ,warm and inviting.I ordered a local favorite, Carne Asada, on taco Tuesday (they were very busy) I loved every bite. Kiss the cook delicious. I had a “special” cocktail (half the liquor) with Pomelo as the main ingredient. The tartness perfectly complimented the richness of the Carne Asada dish. I also ordered the loaded nachos with brisket. That will be my meal next time I’m in Rochester. It was perfect.. the brisket was tender and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend this trendy homey restaurant. It’s a great vibe with great food. The staff was also very good and entertaining. Rob , the waiter, offered up advice for sight seeing and general information for taking in the best places to go. (Homemade chips and salsa offered at table..Very good !!)

Order the Tres Puercos Tacos, where due I start?, well over priced it had barely or no meat, lots of salad. The Enchiladas were good not the best. Friendly service but not good. The place is really nice inside probably for drinking and hanging out not to eat.
