Chicken had no taste mac charge 5 dollars half full container biscuits were so hard had to throw away paid 40 for that won't go to this location again.
Today they did great, they were short of employees but the food was fresh and good and the customer service was great and my order was right. I will return. Thank you to the 630pm employees that worked today.
One of those days. We weren't happy with the Manager and vice versa. Ultimately didn't get anything. Manager had an attitude. We changed our minds and got a refund.
I went today for first time. The chicken and biscuits taste like it was made from yesterday , the fries were fresh. I'll never going to KFC on Dewey again.
I went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich combo with fries, for a fast sandwich it was fantastic, fries were hot sandwich was hot. Not a busy place but whoever isn't going is missing out.
The food don't taste original its like they use a new recipe for everything and it's mot good. I'll drive to East Ridge before I use this location again.
I can honestly say that it was the WORST CHICKEN EVER IN MY 43 YEARS LIFE!!!! Even the biscuit tasted like it was a week old. One chicken leg was so dry that it was like eating tree bark. The other leg and thigh were soaking wet. I have NEVER had chicken that was that wet! I'm not sure if it was grease or water. All of it was cold! I tried the wings for the first time. The wing meat was even soaking wet! The biscuit was hard as a rock! I have no idea why everything was SO HORRIBLE?!?! To add insult to injury, there is a sign that simply says that you get a free sandwich if you download their app and spend $12 or more. It doesn't say anything about having to order on the app! I am right now trying to decide if throwing up is enough, or if I should go to the ER due to their food. Don't go here, your health and life may depend on it!
The person at the 1st window took my order. She asked me twice, i told her twice. By the time we pulled over to check our order which was WRONG, there were 2 many cars 2 go back through the drive thru. DISAPPOINTING. I told her twiceFood was marvelous! Lemonade was fantastic! 3 stars for service, 5 stars for the FOOD.
After waiting at the counter for 5 minutes the order was not ready when I got there took them long time to get the order ready employees were not using proper language parking lot was not plowed correctly could hardly get in and out and when I got home we didn't get the whole order not happy with this KFC at all
Love their cole slaw and mashed potatoes. There is a great drive thru worker that is so nice and friendly it just makes my day. They are really quick and efficient and have never messed up my order.
