Excellent service very fast for the number of people served. Excellent technology with large overhead screens so everyone in the room could see the speakers close up. There was clearly a lot of planning put into how the large meeting would flow.
The Jurassic world was amazing learning about all the different dinosaurs
Jurassic quest was awesome for the kids and the giant dinos were great for adult dino lovers.
Nice place friendly staff, easy to get to the connected hotel without going out in the cold, loading dock is super close to the ballrooms if you're holding any big event.
When it comes to planning and executing an event, the Convention Center staff is organized, detail-oriented, kind, and highly responsive. Also, they produce some of the best-tasting catering options that the city has to offer. We definitely recommend using them for your next large-scale event!
City of Rochester, please update this facility! It is in desperate need. If we want to have the top caliber events, we need to get out of the circa 1994 time warp ? It's one of Rochester's front facing facades to visitors from all over the world. We can make this happen, if it's important enough. And it IS.

I drove my wife to the convention center for both of her Moderna vaccinations, I was able to find street parking with in walking distance for her.
