Okay I was pretty skeptical at first. We ordered three pepperoni slices, one pepperoni Sicilian and a plain Sicilian and it came out to $27 and I was not happy with the price. However the pizza was pretty damn good so I changed my mind and decided it's worth it! Also I didn't have any issues with customer service as other reviewers noted, they seemed pretty friendly to me!I grew up in Brooklyn but live in Binghamton now. I've been looking for a good Sicilian slice for years. I haven't had one in a while so my memory might be off, but in my opinion this is legit and it hit the spot!!! Also the slices were HUGE. The picture is of the pepperoni Sicilian and even that was quite big but the cheese Sicilian was even bigger... It didn't look that big through the glass so just keep that in mind! They're gigantic!!!Also I liked that the pepperoni sicilian wasn't just a cheese slice with some pepperoni on top. Even the bites without pepperoni had some good pepperoni flavor. The cheese slice was really good too though. I tried a bite of the triangle slices and it was also delicious. Super-thin crust for triangles, super puffy for squares!!! As they should be!! If I didn't live 2.5 hours away I would definitely come back all the time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I debated about whether or not to post a review, but, given every time I drive by Joe's I feel an overwhelming bout of anxiety and anger, I feel it necessary to share my horrible experience - this place does not deserve our business. I am upset by the response of this business on these reviews saying "it doesn't sound like us!" when, it really, really does. The pizza is fine but the customer service was truly the most horrifying thing I’ve ever witnessed. This was also NOT just a one-time occurrence where we happened to get the staff on a bad and busy day. I tried giving them that benefit of the doubt three times, and was always shocked at the mistreatment of customers by staff. Each time we’ve ordered from them the food wasn’t ready when we got there - and not just a little late, the last time it took over two hours to get our pizza. The employees were not apologetic at all; in fact they seemed annoyed that we wondered how long until our pizza was ready. The last time, both temporally and literally, that we came in to pic up our order, we gave our name and the staff member literally walked away and I heard the chef mumble something about 30minutes. After standing at the counter in silence for 5 minutes, I deduced that the 30minute mumble was in reference to our order and we sat down to wait among a very large crowd of silent customers all waiting for their order. While annoying, the worst was witnessing the employees literally screaming at a small child who asked on behalf of his father when their pizza would be ready. They were sitting in the restaurant before we arrived, and, given the lateness of our own order, I can only assume they were also waiting a long time. When the little boy approach the counter and said "excuse me, you said 30minutes?" the chef started SCREAMING at him. At various points the cook and other staff would just yell out into the literally silent crowd of people waiting for their food with various rude remarks and slam around their ingredients and containers. At one point a female staff member yelled at someone to "sit down and stop staring at me" and when their order was ready she literally SLAMMED the pizza down on the counter and yelled "here - now get out of my face!" A door-dash driver who had been waiting before I arrived had been waiting for over a half hour, and, when he approached the counter to inquire as it had been over the half hour, he was met with yelling, exclamations about how "you people are the worst", and, when his order was finally ready the chef snarkily yelled at him to "drive safe."A truly unsettling and upsetting experience, and unfortunately not an anomaly. Every time I have visited this establishment, I have been met with complete rude and aggressive treatment. Do not give this business your money until they truly apologize and demonstrate a commitment to correcting this unacceptable behavior.

Very disappointed in my experience tonight. I really wanted to like this place.. this was my first time buying but I should of read the reviews before hand. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with 12 Buffalo wings. The person on the phone seemed annoyed I didn't know the wing portions sizes. What I got was: a large cheese pizza with no pepperoni. 12 wings that were very dried out, the wing flavor that was there resembled BBQ, not buffalo. I understand that they may smoke their wings to make them more crispy but it was cooked way beyond tender. I figured they probably redropped old BBQ wings that were a mix up but did a awful job covering up the flavor.. But it was very nasty, one of the wings was so overcooked it broke apart in my mouth. I couldn't finish them.I understand the owner is meaning to run a good buisness, but it seems like the work staff doesn't care when looking at the other reviews. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from here.

Good fresh pizza that tastes like it’s from NYC. Bogo free slices everyday from 3-5

My boy friend and myself order a large pizza, garlic knots, and 2 things of wings around 5:10 this past Tuesday evening. When we arrived we assumed everything would be ready to go but the wings were never even put in. We waited another 20 minutes plus while we watched the employees argue, "oh here you go again with this," while customers were looking looking for service. Once we finally got our food the pizza wasn't even warm which means the pizzas was either taken from the display or it's just been sitting getting cold. That will be out first and last time going. Save your money and go somewhere that employees respect each other and aren't yelling and jumping down each other's throat.

Great food. We got pizza and wings. The pizza smelled amazing the whole ride home! Only gave 4 stars because it seems pretty expensive vs other pizza shops.

Have never been here before and walked in. There are no visible menus or anything anywhere in the place and when I asked if they had one to see what slices they had(because they have a lot), instead of giving me one the guy sighed obnoxiously loud with an annoyed face and just starts screaming and I mean screaming as fast as he can the different types of slices like I was going to even comprehend what he was saying or remember the types. I immediately left.I called after and it turns out this employee was the manager of this location. He did apologize but he should really understand how rude he comes off to customers. Honestly wouldn’t try to go here again.

Fire your staff. All except the guy with the brown hair in a manbun.Came around 7:30 on 4/1, waiting for one pizza for Uber Eats. Waited a few minutes before any of the 3 workers acknowledged my or the other 2 customers’ presence. Cashier lady at the front rudely and disinterestedly asks the first customer what he needs.“I’m here for pickup.”She then ignores him and turns to the next customer, “YOU?”Manbun guy, making all the pizzas himself, hears and tells us none of our pizzas have been prepped yet and it will be 15 mins or so.The phone rings. Cashier lady picks it up, says, “Hello?” disinterestedly, and hangs it up a second later. It rings again. Same thing.A fourth employee enters. Where he was before, I don’t know. He goes for the drink cooler and grabs a drink for himself, then grabs cashier lady a Diet Coke. They both start drinking their drinks and walking around, talking, doing absolutely nothing more or less, while manbun guy makes the pizzas.Other woman employee grabs a sack of pepperoni. “Do something with this,” she says, and hands it to the drink guy. Proceeds to do nothing, waiting for pizzas to finish baking. When a pizza is done, while cutting it, shouts the customer’s name INTO the pizza, undoubtedly spitting on it.A woman walks in to buy a slice of pizza.“Can I buy a slice of pizza?”Cashier lady replies only, “Nope. Can’t help you.” A few seconds later adds, “We’re so backed up on orders.” The customer simply walks back out the door. Cashier lady proceeds to drink her Diet Coke and do absolutely nothing. But the best part? While manbun guy is making the pizzas, she walks over—with her Diet Coke—and starts poking her finger into the dough from one of the unprepped pizzas out of boredom.Needless to say, I took the pizza and got the hell out of this circus. The really sad thing is, the pizza looked wonderful. Almost ordered from here a few days ago.

I got the stuffed pizza and 12 garlic wings crispy. A few things I’d note is that it’s not a stuffed crust, it’s just a stuffed pizza. In fact the crust was just filled with kind of uncooked dough, kind of disappointing. The pizza itself was super good where it was stuffed at least. The wings I got extra crispy garlic. I wouldn’t recommend it, as it was kind of flavorless. Good thing I got a side of the barbecue sauce, because the wings were kind of bland. They did have garlic on top and some oil on the bottom but it just wasn’t cohesive.I ordered through Uber eats because I had a $35 off coupon. With the $35 off and $10 to the driver the total came to $56. I don’t think this was worth that price normally, let alone without the coupon the order would have been almost $100. That’s nuts. I prob won’t go here again, it was good but for half the price I can go to little Venice and get the best pizza and wings in Rochester. I just really wanted a stuffed crust. ??‍♀️

Do not order from here. The pizza is fine but they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We’ve ordered from them twice and both times the food wasn’t ready when we got there and it took over two hours to get our pizza. But aside that from that, the employees were yelling at the customers that were patiently waiting for their long overdue food. At one point, a 12 year old boy asked about his order and the cook yelled at him to “sit down and wait.” Later, that boy’s dad asked for an update and an employee screamed “get out of my face” at him. These are are just two of the many examples of the staff being confrontational towards customers we saw during our very long wait. Do not give them money unless you like supporting jerks.
