Best at subs and their wraps are great too. The absolute best feature is the group order feature. Have everyone just submit and pay for their order or treat everyone and set a max pet person. I love their app and website. Always ready in time too

Order a sub over the phone. Was very specific to what I want on the sub. Get to them and the order is completely wrong. When I let them know that an item that is on the sub that I specifically said that I don't want, the employee opened the sub, take off said item and re wrapped the sub and handed me the sub as if this is acceptable and okay! Who does that?! Last time here!!

First time going. Not bad

Great service and amazing sandwich, had the LuLu

I ordered a Vito with no tomatoes and they gave me a sub with just salami, lettuce, cheese and onions. A skimpy amount of salami at that. What is this?? Never going here again. I paid $12 for this.

Driver had to come back because they couldn't find me first time. No worries though sandwich was great

I first discovered Jimmy John's on Orange Ave. in Orlando in 2012. "By the book" is how I remember 1st describing it to my friend. This is exactly how I want my sandwich prepared. Haven't had a Jimmy John's in 5 years! Time to open a half-dozen franchises in the Buffalo area!!! My favorite sandwich is the #10 Hunters Club and #9 Italian Club. I love The Gargantuan minus the turkey ? I can't wait to drive 78 miles one way for lunch here!! P.s. don't forget the salt & vinegar chips!

Don’t bother complaining when your food isn’t right or on time, etc. The owner (or manager) just makes excuses. There’s no attempt to offer anything to make the customer happy, which would be good customer service. Just excuses. With an excellent sub place just a few doors away (Desiato’s), and one down the street (DiBellas), both with MUCH better sandwiches, JJ’s should try harder.P.S. I forgot—I received an email saying I had a free sub. So, even tho JJ’s is not great, I thought, free sub, why not? But, when I tried to order it online, it wasn’t free! I checked the email carefully for an expiration date and there was none. It said, “Reward valid through 1.” That’s it. As far as I know, “1” isn’t a date. Hella lame. Never again, JJ’s.

Very disappointed - ordered my sandwich and drink and both were very late and they forgot a straw. Also, I specifically asked for it to be cut in half which I now see is in its full form, not cut. Not to mention, y'all skimped on my hot peppers. Unfortunately the manager was rude with extremely poor customer service skills. Will not be ordering again - dibellas for the win.

Good food. SKINNY sub's. More bang for buck elsewhere.
