I got chicken tenders, steak fries, and Mac n cheese to go... The Mac n cheese was too gross to even eat. Looked yummy, but tasted like it was frozen then microwaved and expired Colby Jack was melted onto it. The chicken was super fried and tasted unsettling. And the fries were too hard, like they were almost raw potato. This was my first time eating there, and the last.
Delicious food, fast service. I've been here a ton of times, and one of the best experiences was with Jacquan as our server. Very fast, friendly, and overall great experience!!
Every time I come back here, it's like returning to the scene of the crime where we spent our carefree youthful years back in the '80s and '90s. And today was no exception. Cajun dry rub wings, a giant spinach salad, a bowl of chowder and of course Brenda's chicken sandwich because Brenda was second to none. And it never fails, we always see somebody from back in the day when Belmont Street in the Upper Monroe neighborhood was where it was at!!
We live nearby and order from here often. Wings are worth the price IMO. Ordered a French dip sandwich and was disappointed in the small amount of fries that came with the sandwich.
This place has really gone down hill. Used to love it and they had great wings. Suddenly within the last year they forgot how to cook wings. Also last time I went there they split up my friends and put us in whole different rooms because the waitresses wanted to each have half of us in their section?? There was barely anyone else there.
1st visit. Asked what's recommended. Had wings and a brisket sandwich. Was fine. Not rushing back. Server was very good but rushed.
Ordered a Turkey Avocado wrap for dinner and the turkey was spoiled. When calling to discuss with management, the call was left on hold without any response.Poor customer service.
I used to love this place because it had consistent food right around the corner from me, but my god have the just gotten worse and worse this past year. Used to be my go to wing spot until 3 out of my last 4 orders were disgraceful (one order had mutated wings where you could see more bone than chicken, how do you serve that). I understand theres a wing shortage but it is robbery to serve the smallest wings in Rochester for the highest price in Rochester. $18.50 for 10 tiny baby wings is a joke. At least put enough sauce on them, or remember to give me my side half the time. Went from favorite to bust in 6 months. So sad man.
Went here first time ever with some friends who said it was great....far from it..Been up all night with food poisoning, pretty sure the hamburgers where boiled, and the sauce was from sloppy joe in a can, everything on my plate looked and tasted like food from the dollar store tree freezer, im not blaming the cook, if there is one, or waitress, they just trying to do the best they can with what they have, but this was the worst food I ever ate for over $20 just a very small portion of the worst plate I have ever had, absolutely terrible and the drinks where flat, my friends food was just as terrible so they told me, non of us finished, The sandwich my friend got looked absolutely nothing like what he ordered or even its ingredients... hopefully the follow up with the health dept complaint ive made will help straighten things out, would love to know how many other folks got sick here...
Waitress was great, the nacho were not as good as the one in Fairport. I had ordered pull pork on top and it didn't have much meat at all. I will go back due to the awesome service. Their operating hours are good too.
