I decided to stop in & support on Juneteenth since ive been dying to try and was in the neighborhood. Everything was super tasty! I ordered a jerk wing combo and a rib combo. Sides of choice were baked Mac and cheese, collard greens, and cabbage. I chose to keep the sauce on the side so I could taste everything individually. The sauce reminds me of a cross between bbq and boss sauce with a smoky, sweet, and hint of spice flavor. The ribs were truly the star of the show. I also greatly enjoyed the greens after adding some hot sauce to it but that's my personal preference. Srrvuce was friendly and family like. I will be back!
Such a cool hole-in-a-wall joint with lots of potential, but for a place with "ribs" in your name, you should at least offer authentic, smoked ribs. These are done hot and fast over a grill, no smoke ring, no smoke flavor, and are about as tender as a leather shoe. I'd love to give them another try if they focused on producing actually low-and-slow smoked meat.

Heard alot about this place. Finally tried the food and very disappointed. Got the combo and once plate was made, was then informed no cornbread which is a part of the price. Meat not smoked or sauced, potato salad hard. Never again.
Ribs did not have smoked flavor; was disappointed. That's the best part. Ribs still alittle tough. Sauce not smoked into ribs.

Their food is the best I've had in this area. The Mac and cheese and candied yams are phenomenal and I always get the fish, it's incredible! We love stopping by and just writing this is making me want to go back again. The owner is great as well
