I am an instacart worker. My customer asked me to deliver their order to Han Noodle Bar. I got there placed bags and took picture in app when I got a notification from the customer saying that this was their place of work and to bring the delivery to her home. I then take the bags to my car and some random guy blocks me in, preventing me from leaving then gets on the phone with the owner and the owner tells me "we have had a lot of people like you causing problems lately" the guy he sent to block me in called me out of my name so many times and even threatened my life. Won't be giving this place my patronage.
been going to this place for years. the food is always delicious, fast, and priced fairly for the portions given. i don’t have enough good things to say about this place. i’m a lifetime customer!
Not bad! Not the best either. I was surprised by the amount of gluten free items on the menu, so that is a plus and a reason I will be going back.The first time I went, I ordered the sesame chicken, gluten free. It was okay...the gf breading was okay and the sauce/flavor was also okay. Perhaps I ordered wrong since I didn't go for the noodles from a noodle bar. However, the friend I went with ordered some noodles (not gf) and said they were okay. The flavor started out strong, but the longer he ate the dish the less good it became.The staff was friendly and very helpful when I asked for gluten free items. I looked at the menu online at first, but once I went up to order they had a specific menu to look over which was better than my phone.
Well used to order from Han Noodle Bar a few years back & they were always very good! Sorry to say not so any longer. The food wasn't good whatsoever & the dumplings tasted like they had mushed grains in them w/ terrible aftertaste. The peanut noodle chicken was horrible & my only recourse is that thankfully Grub Hub refunded my $ promptly w/ out question. Thanks Grub Hub for being so amazing. I'll stick w/ New Ming from now on~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t like to leave bad reviews and it hurts me because I used to really love Han noodle bar. But the past year I have felt that they have gone downhill. The crab Rangoon barely has any filling any more and is just crunchy and hard to eat. I am vegetarian and usually order tofu and have gotten chicken in my tofu lo Mein. Not sure what’s happening here but I keep trying to give them another chance and sadly it hasn’t been great each time.
This place was cute, the guy who took our order was awesome. Very friendly and gave us honest opinions regarding the various dishes (hence the 4 stars). He offered to bring our to-go order to us if we sat on the patio, which he did. He was so awesome! The atmosphere there is really friendly.I decided on spicy miso chicken and I wish I would have chosen something else. I've had Miso at another place it's always delicious, but this Miso soup was not. It was a white broth and far from spicy, I ended up adding my.own hot sauce, but still didn't really help. I also ordered their house special fried rice, and that tased ok, not the best.I think I'll try them one more time, but I can say I did not enjoy the spicy Miso soup, and the house special fried rice was "meh". Both my husband and I found the food OK, not what we would have thought, but we both are willing to give it another chance, because the service was fast and friendly.
Placed a LARGE order for 33 special guests staying in Rochester yesterday. The staff was so accommodating and friendly, and my food was ready on time and cheerfully delivered to my car. Everyone RAVED about the food and highly recommended that I suggest it to future visitors, so here I am. Looking forward to visiting them again and trying it for myself. Thank you SO MUCH for your help, Han Noodle staff!!!
Don't order the tofu. It's deep fried for too long and chews like a rock, it has no nutritional value. My stomach hurt after eating.But I've also had positive experiences here- I remember once ordering just white rice, I couldn't afford anything else. My card declined so they let me have it for free, it was heartwarming. But it didn't taste very good.
Love the ginger scallion noodles! Food is fresh, rich in flavor and always delicious!
Great takeout option, many kid and vegetarian friendly options. The spring rolls were tasty, and the portions were large!
