So visited New York for first time ever. Decided to order this place with my amazing friend. Which she had never been there before so didn't really have a opinion of them. So we decided to try. Delivery was quite fast which was great of course thanks to Doordash. Now for the downhill spiral effect. Upon opening we both had noticed just an absolute mess glob of grease covering the bun. Looking as if the cook slapped our rolls with the grease covered spatula and smashed them down. Opening the roll we noticed the meat was completely burnt. Could not tell what each of the toppings exactly was due to how badly burned. The mushrooms and peppers were so small and burnt as well it all blended in. The tomatoes used not sure what the deal was with them but they were actually very pale and far from fresh looking. Not sure what happened this day if someone came into work and didn't give a [email protected]@@. But what they had packaged and sent out was a absolute mess of disgrace. Must not had any management there because I can't see them sending anything out looking like that. I usually give a place a 2nd chance but this place does not deserve one. Better look somewhere else for a Philly not worth the value and taste here.
Chicken steak over priced all the bread NO MEAT! Such a waste of money too ma y peppers onions and mushrooms two tea or sooons of meat! ? do let order this if your hungry and expect a meaty sandwich!

Manager took my order, gave me my order with onions, and when I told him about it he just said he doesn’t care and I should order another one. Shameful

Best Steak Sub I ever had!! The Gentleman at the Cash Register was so Kind and Patient, He told me his name was Yunus. Definitely Recommended eating here!!
This 5 stars is for the young lady that was handing out orders.Even when having a customer being rude, she still kept her cool, and pushed through.
