Very clever concept. The food was warm and mostly up to expectations. Tomato was on a burger when it had been requested left off and one of our items was not received even though we were charged. Despite the two errors, I'm leaving the four stars as I enjoyed the concept and the quality of the food we did receive. I am going to hope the follies were a one time instance. Should I visit again and experience similar problems I will update my review.
Very disappointing. I ordered the hot dog and it looked really nice in the picture. When the hot dog was served I didn't even know what the hell was on it I think it was onions. The relish the sauerkraut ketchup and mustard was all in a packet. For $7 are you kidding me. If there was a ghost and probably serve me better.
This is got to be the slowest service I have ever experienced in my life. It doesn't matter how far in advance you place your order, it is never ready when you get there. Then you have to wait 10 minutes even if they're just boxing a cupcake.
The Mr. Beast Burger was very underwhelming and expensive. They even wanted to charge extra for condiments! We went there to try out the novelty of it but I feel it’s not worth a return visit.
Fresh tea drinks were overly sweet, and milk teas have very little flavor. One drink was missing boba. Also, they're boba is popping boba, not tapioca, which isn't clarified on Doordash.
This is our first time ordering from Ghost Kitchen. We had it delivered. We were interested in the idea of multiple restaurants in one. We ordered The Big Aristotle Chicken sandwich, Barbecue Bacon Tribeca cheeseburger. Passion Strawberry milk bubble tea and Elderflower Zen milk bubble tea. Everything we ordered was really GOOD. We have nothing bad to say about our whole experience. We will definitely try more on the menu.
Got the nathan hot dog burger. Was small and overcooked. Also got the Canadian fries. Gross. Fries were not cooked right. Gravy was sour . Cheese curbs were more like blue cheese crumbles. I wouldnt get any of that again
Just sharing my experience from Ghost kitchens. At the 2150 chili avenue Walmart location.Their food was amazing. We had a little bit of a botch with the order. However, the assistant manager was amazing. She was fast on her feet. And resolve the problems with no issues. She even took the time out 15 minutes prior to when they were supposed to close to redo the whole order. This restaurant is just finding their footing and I would say so far so good. Thank you for all your assistance I hope all goes well with your business.
Took forever for my one item order (chicken tenders) which is understandable, but then they also forgot my ranch which is not understandable and renders the chicken tenders useless.Great concept. I was super excited to try. But not too great of a follow through.
Would not recommend, mainly due to the customer service. We had placed an order through door dash and it was missing 8 of the items we had ordered. When we called back the Door-dasher was completely helpful and said she would go back to get the rest of our order. She said first call ghost kitchen to make sure they would have it. When we called back we were met with sarcasm and disrespect by whomever was answering the phone. We were not hostile with her what-so-ever, however she acted like we were inconveniencing her after she did t fill our order correctly. She then continues not to mute herself and starts cursing to the the supervisor while having us hold in the background. Completely unprofessional, lack of respect to paying customers and overall poor professionalism. We don't even want the rest of the order now for fear of her doing something foul to our order.
