I've been coming here a few times a year for several years now. They never disappoint. Their food may not always be perfect but it's always consistently tasty.My favorite dish is the Brussel sprouts, but this time I really wanted some ramen. It was, as expected, pretty damn delicious. I ordered the vegan miso with tofu.To be fair, they do use flat rice noodles (not my favorite for traditional ramen) and there were entirely too many, where I'd rather have seen more broth and vegetables, but when I pointed out that out to the server, he told me they are happy to accommodate that next time.I don't know if I'll be back next week, but I left satisfied.
In terms of ramen this restaurant is a bit lacking. We had the Pork Bone Ramen and the Kimchi Ramen. For the Pork Bone the strength of the broth was lighter than expected and the noodles and egg were overcooked. With the Kimchi I would have liked a bit more spiciness and there was no meat in the ramen. If you are expecting a traditional bowl of Tonkotsu or Shoyu Ramen then I would go elsewhere.

The great concept for the Asian fusion but when we were there it was too oily. I'm just guessing the chef wasn't on top of it. Menu is great IF they can deliver it, meaning knowing how to cook certain foods in the best way. The waiter was great. Interesting options for drinks. Early bird isn't too generous.
Prompt service & delicious food
Small intimate establishment. Staff is very accommodating with needs of customers. Food made to order so you can remove any items that you may have allergies to. My son has a wheat allergy I spoke to manage and they accommodated his allergy and he was able to eat with no reaction. The kitchen is NOT dedicated GF. But staff did a great job of preventing cross contamination
Special thanks to Olivia & Cheyenne for providing my companion and I a lovely vibe for the evening.We ordered two Pork Bone Ramens (one spicy and the other regular), Shrimp Yakitori, Pork Belly Buns and of course drinks! The drinks were a Dreaming of You cocktail, Mimosa and Apple Sake Bomb! Everything was amazing and I have no complaints. Food is delicious and comes in a decent portion size! We have had a great experience in the past but, we were not as impressed with the quality of service at our most recent visit. For the best experience, come when they are not busy! I was disappointed to see staffs personal items left in the open as shown in the image.
Great atmosphere , service and food. Chicken lettuce wraps were amazing. Veggie ramen was HUGE. Great kimchi
Stopped on for lunch and was very impressed! One server tending to the entire resurant like a mad man! He did a fantastic job. They were able to split the ramen bowl in half...something all noodle shops should do. Soup was hot and delicious. A mighty fine establishment.
