Came in by accident and came back instantly for more. I bought lunch on the way to the airport. It was all pretty yummy but when I had a beef empanada I knew I needed to bring some home to Washington. Not only did these keep well, I toss a couple in the air fryer the next day and they were excellent. Wish I lived in Rochester. Will have to visit again when in town.
The best mofongo we’ve ever had!!! This place is fantastic. Going back tomorrow to explore the menu. Absolutely LOVE this place.
I was pleased at the wait time because I was on my lunch break. The food was delicious ,the portion size was well worth the price, the employees were professional and courteous. I will definitely be back.
Very crowded most of the time it's worth the wait great food very tasty they should definitely make it a little bigger especially with the dine in feels like people are right up under u while you're eating definitely not comfortable with having to eat there no privacy
Poor customer service skills from young girl behind the counter.I asked her a question in Spanish, unbeknownst to me, she didn't know how to speak it.Right away she caught an attitude with me. Maybe you should go work at McDonald's or Burger King.Will not be returning to this restaurant.
Authentic and taste amazing! The 2 things I love most about El Latino. I used to be a regular here before moving West. Now that I am back they will see me here again a lot.
El Latino Restaurant was a new experience for myself. Never had any type of food that wasn't offered at your McBells or some Mall McSpanish food type. I got the chicken and rice and expected it to taste awful or salty or overly spiced, but to my surprise it wasn't. They don't play there either when it comes to making your order. They have signs that say be respectful and pull your pants up and don't fool around. It's a respected Restaurant that took a former McFranchise spot and turned it into a place that dishes out good food.Bueno.
The food is not really the best and the costumer service is just rude, also pricey for the quality you are getting. I don’t know maybe is because I do know what good latin food tastes like that I do not enjoy their food at all.
The food is good, but what I found to be the most impressed is the cabbage. It was so good that I had to ask for an extra box. It’s so crunchy and refreshing!This might be as good as Sweetgreen!
Great food but terrible customer service. They do not care about a customer ordering on the phone. They'll make you wait a long time or hang the phone on you.
