One of the best spots to grab a quick bite and good coffee. Always pleasant and fast service.
Took them 15 minutes to do my order, 1 packs of coffee 12 Bagels and a package of Munchkins. In the process I saw three customers walk out and not order anyting.....
I think they could use more people working there the line is crazy sometimes in people don't have time they want their coffee and off they go what the lines are so long this week is just crazy I don't know if people

Expensive breakfast. Sandwich, hash browns, and a latte should not cost over $10. Fast and friendly staff.

My review is not a comment on my experience today or in the past: the crew here is wonderful and this is not their doing. There is a list of items being discontinued at all Rochester Dunkin locations because the franchise has been bought out. They are discontinuing what I see as “staple items” such as sesame seed bagels, hazelnut swirl for coffee and chocolate chip muffins. My son loves those muffins as his once in a while treat! I sure hope corporate pays attention to this. Please don’t discontinue popular items!!! Your employees will have to deal with the fallout and they don’t deserve it.
