Has to stop going to this location because they never fill my latte. Half the cup was literally foam. I could literally stick my whole finger in there before I hit liquid. I asked for it to be filled and they said that’s the way it is. They could make another but it would be the same way.
I called for times on my walk over just to have the call hung up on each time to make sure my service dogwould be aloud entry with no such result. After finally arriving blatantly told I had to leave with my animal despite the website saying they offered puppachinos for animals!!?!! Let alone every other time this exact location always gets the order wrong. Enjoy running this business into the ground with improper staffing
Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with only one car advancing. Their location is awful and I was sitting blocking traffic. I'm coming in or exiting with no way to get out of the way.I finally had to leave without picking up my order and losing my money.I'm done with Dunkin' donuts
The service is wildly inconsistent and the people are abrasive. It is difficult to ask for them to fix a beverage without a ton of pushback. The only thing I order is cold brew and it is wildly different every time.
Ordered 10 munchkins and got 8, also out of the ingredients for frozen mochas. Typical Dunkin nonsense. If I was friends with the employee running the register maybe my stuff would have been free like the person in front of me.

man the staff is SLOW like literally might be SLOW. they are retards, i dont understand how any if them have/hold the job. but based on the way they work… the managers and hiring managers are just as horrible
I ordered a coffee on the mobile app for walk in pick up. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, the doors were locked. It was 8:10 am. No sign on the door explaining why. I peeked through the window and an employee behind the counter was pointing towards the drive thru. I tried calling them 3 times and the phone kept ringing. I Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get my coffee. I tried cancelling it on the app but was unable to. There were several employees working when I got up to the window. I asked the employee who gave me my coffee to disable the ability to order walk in pick up on the app. She was very rude and had no answer for why this happened and did not apologize for the inconvenience. She said I had to be responsible for cancelling my order. I never leave reviews for places but this really was a terrible way to start my Monday and I feel like I should let others know to be careful doing walk in orders at this location. I will definitely not be returning.
Very slow. 25 mins in the drive thru. 2 cars in front of me, 15 mins of that was no one even taking orders in the drive thru. Literally cars just lining up. Train your young staff not to hunny and sweetie customers, I'm not your hunny or sweetie and I definitely won't be going back.
I’m not very pleased with the service at this dunkin, I’ve waited about 12 minutes at the intercom to get a cup of coffee that’s just plain sugar when I only asked for 2 sugars. And it was cold. I couldn’t even taste the coffee because of how sweet it is. ( they have very little manners)
