Love the food and drinks just wish there was alternatives for healthier diet like gf and keto. Also prices coul be lower but I fine with them
Stop there for a quick breakfast and a cup of coffee. The service was quite fast only because there was nobody there other than a few cars and drive thru, but the constant complaining about the company, about people in the Drive-Thru, and overall working conditions could be heard out in the public area where they sat and ate. And the cussing and swearing was over the top. I could see why these businesses have lost business. We'll have to think twice about going to another Dunkin' donuts. And that's why I gave her three stars.
Every other time I come to a dunkin donuts store (today it was this location) I'm told something different about whether or not they can make a frozen drink with oat milk. One day they can and the next the manager says they can't. It clearly says on their website that oatmilk can be used in frozen drinks. I'm tired of wasting my time going to this store just to have the manager not know their job! Get your stores and managers on the same page please!
Ever since those Indians took over this dunkin two years ago everything’s went downhill. They can’t get anything right corporate needs to come down on this location ASAP. Like I don’t understand how an employee messes up a drink then refuses to remake it for you after you ask them nicely causing you to waste your money on an already overpriced drink. Employee was acting like it’s coming out of his paycheck for him to redo it. Meanwhile that drink probably cost them a dollar to make max.
Working in food service this day and age is rough.I worked in food service before and there were honest mistakes that I had made.It's the way we approach the cashier or staff when a mistake has happened some are understanding and some are so burnt out and frustrated they tend to shoot sass unintentionally. I come here often and due to noone really wanting to work in fast food I totally support these guys they come to work short staffed and try to make it happen.It will never be always perfect because they are trying.They have had so much happen to the structure of the building its hard to work with what they have.Write corporate and tell them these guys need help with the equipment and windows or inside.It'll make the workers more happier to show up to work with a place put together.Thank you to the employees who show up to dunkin even in its darkest times and serve me my coffee you guys are doing the best you can
This place is a hit or miss and when they miss, be ready to be confronted with attitude. I worked at dunkin for 4 years when i was still in college so I understand people make mistakes. But I don't understand how, if someone doesn't like how their coffee/food was made and their nice about it, how you can be rude to them and refuse to make another. I get the same coffee without fail, if somethings off I say so politely. If you don't like your job......quit? Or find one where you don't have to work with people. I'm just trying to wake up before work??♀️Also this isn't how it's always been. The people who used to work there were wayy nicer.
Waited in line 15/20 minutes 2 cars ahead of me. Way to long. Then got the wrong drink. Love Dunkin but this location I'll skip
so my friend and I went to dunkin at two in the afternoon on feb 9th and we ordered an everything bagel toasted with garden veggie cream cheese, when we looked in the bag, unfortunately there was no receipt for the order whatsoever and we got a PLAIN BAGEL with NORMAL CREAM CHEESE. we went back and politely asked for the correct order and we received an everything bagel not toasted with the cream cheese on the side to put on ourself. enjoy this photo of us depressed and struggling trying to put this dumba$$ bagel together.
I used to love Dunkin Donuts Now it's nothing but a nightmare after waiting 45 minutes for your 24-hour store to open up this morning and get cursed out being told they're not open and that I will get the cops called on me after being upset yes because I did not get my coffee neither did any of my other employees that were in my car And this is becoming almost every morning the same thing we get curse out we get attitude we got told if we don't like it we can take our a** to the gas station down the street...!I own so much Dunkin stuff and have employees at other stores that know me and always nice but this one here makes me want to switch to Starbucks!!!!!
The worst place that can exist, I ordered my afternoon coffee and asked for a lid sealer ( stopper) because I'm driving, and logically the coffee will be thrown out with the movement, and the guy told me he couldn't give me one, I saw that they have them... I ask him, you don't have them? Or you don't want to give it to me. He said, I am not supposed to give it to you. I said, give me one please I am driving and he kept his answer, NO.I buy coffee there every day, they have already lost a loyal and constant customer. ??
