The manager is awesome very willing to help others I had just gotten hit by a car bot even 5 hours ago and got sent to the hospital the manager offered to watch over and take care of my electric scooter while I was getting care in the hospital
It would be nice if Dunkin donuts can redo the whole parking lot like Wendy's there are a lot of pot holes and people can really get hurt also it would be nice to have tables and chairs out doors so people can sit outdoors during the summer
The location is ok. Not the greatest customer service experience throughout the years but accurate with the orders ?☕️
Nice staff but place was a little less clean then it should be. Got my first drink decent time (mobile order) but then a free others you got their drinks while I waited a while. No biggie but def shouldn't have a huge time gap between the same order you'd think.
I came in about 1pm on 4/16 their was only two gentleman behind the counter. They were being slammed with customers and orders and working as hard as they could. They were very communicative and apologetic for the waiting times. I think both gentleman did amazingly for the business they were handling by themselves. Lenny was the one gentleman’s name and he really does deserve some appreciation for his hard work.
The store on mt hope next to string hospital has one person that always has hickeys on his neck. Not my business how they got there. How ever he's never happy never talks and never smiles. Like if you hate your job get a different one. I'm not a fan of the lack of friendly employees. They don't announce who's drinks they have fished by order number they just throw them in the counter. So if 2 people order the same kind of coffee ( that happens) we're playing guessing games if it's ours or not. It's just unorganized. I try to avoid this one.
My donut was old my ice coffee wasn’t made right the employees have horrible attitudes no good service At all
The store is very dirty and unorganized. The parking lot is a mess with pot holes. The drink I ordered wasn’t available so instead of offering something else they made a different flavor and put that up for my mobile order instead.
Went through the drive thru. Staff were fast efficient and friendly.
Besides my coffee supposed to be black with a few ice cubes I ended up with 2 creams. The other is that there were only a few day old doughnuts. I assumed that the name Dunkin Donuts would actually have doughnuts.?♀️?♀️
