Alize was real nice she fixed my order with love and even if it was my mistake she did all she can to show me kindness and made mine and my moms day. We love coffee but it’s even better with a little extra sweetness <3
Love the Refreshers many place try to compete. They can not Dunkin Refreshers are the best.
We waited 35 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. Once there's cars behind you you're stuck. The owner needs to hire more workers.
Only 4 stars cuz she put sugar not sweet n low in my iced coffee and the hours for dine in are wrong on google,but other then that wonderful service, fresh food, the sunrise blend coffee is amazingly smooth and tasty, they let me walk thru the drive thru, they let me in to dine even though they were not open yet, overall the employees were super friendly
Dunkin donuts is awesome n my dog gets pup cups which he ain't falls out window waiting for it gets so excited
Says it's open, worker outside smoking, workers inside, they put the automated message at the drive thru. Smh.
Usually the experience at this dunkin is something I wouldn’t necessarily comment on but today the gentleman that took my order and made my coffee was so polite. My cold brew and my mom’s iced latte were really good. When he asked if I wanted my receipt I should of grabbed it so I could of caught his name and did the online survey.
Don't try the egg white omelets they are horrible it's mushy and it's like eating baby food I threw that mess in the garbage where it belongs
Very rude unprofessional. When I went to cash out ,I paid with Credit card he/she charged me 17.00 for a medium coffee. Then said he/she could refund me because he/she didn't know how.Now I go with cash . now he she doesn't give and change back. Watch your money and absolutely don't use credit or debit. They are cashing in!!!
They rarely get my coffee order right. I always get an extra large hot coffee and I always ask for 10 cream. Always no cream. Send $5 bucks I expect to get what I ask for.
