Never been here before but the EFFORT they put into my drink has me blown away, I'm always nervous to go to a new Dunkin' but the way they made my drink...Beautiful! Chef's kiss fr fr ?? and the cashier was dope with super great vibes, 10/10 will go here again!
Did a mobile order because I was late for work and I specifically clicked walk-in so I wouldn’t have to wait in the Drive-Thru lane. I come to the store and the doors are locked, they told me it’s Drive-Thru only and it was not mentioned in their app, Google maps, or their website. I couldn’t cancel my drink and was late for work
I love my double cupped espresso but it definitely had grains in it but the cup was so cute! The food is normally cooked correctly and not over cooked like some other locations.
Food was fine but customer service wasn’t, when I asked for a straw the girl in the back said “oh he must be from RIT” first of all I’m just a regular person who works not goes to the fancy rich school. Excuse me for caring about the environment? Keep your comments to yourself because reusable straws can be as cheap as $1 and has nothing to do with one’s background.

When I arrived I tried to order online in the app but could not!!! Because in the app it stated the store was closed and it was trying to save my order!!! It is more convenient to order online and then pick my coffee up!!! When I mentioned it to the cashier she started that I wasn't the only one who was having the same issue and she didn't know what was going on!!!But I got what I asked for in the end and enjoyed it!!! It was well made and exactly what I wanted!!!
