Today I walked in the staff were very rude when I asked about power donuts and this experience should be better for working citizens who need breakfast before work.
Have a 4 hour drive home. Needed to get a coffee and use the bathroom. Google AND the hours posted on the door said open 24 hours, yet the door was locked. Went through the drive through and the lady said they were closed. Either they need to change their hours or the lady just didn't want to serve us. Dunkin Donuts do better.
Went in the store to buy a gift card. Had to wait a few minutes even though the place was empty. The transaction was efficient.
Was told a couple nights ago by a young female that they are no longer serving food for the rest of the night. Suspicious as that sounded, I ordered Doordash 2 minutes later and physically witnessed my food being made and picked up from the same location. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she can't handle drive thru orders **and** Doordash orders so she made the decision to stop in person orders. Wish there was a more honest answer given to me.
Staff are rude and inconsiderate. I was overcharged for a hot large tea and when I asked the cashier about it he was hostile and denied his mistake using strong language. First and last time going there for me. People I work with comment all the time about poor service and lack of management intervention
Stay away from this place. The girl tells me “we’re not serving food at this time”. What? I thought she was joking. They microwave everything and I know this because every time I do get food it’s so hot you can’t eat it right away
This one is the worst. Every single time there are grounds in the bottom of my cup. Drive thru is slow. One time I saw ants crawling on the donuts.
They serve breakfast sandwiches after the other places have stopped! Sometimes I want or need a breakfast in the late morning hours! Love them
Took 20 mins to get a bag of coffee beans, nothing else.Tried again a week later. Rude staff, extremely slow, my wake up wrap tasted like cinnamon aka they don’t clean their cook surfaces and there is cross contamination. Avoid this place like the plague (or COVID)..
Staff here are friendly and take care of people in a timely manor. I have decided to make this my regular stop for coffee, donuts and other breakfast items like the wake up wrap ?
