Couldn't hear the lady in drive through because she was talking low and it was crackly. She got frustrated and gave me a rude tone. I pull through and she didn't say anything. Not even have a good day or when I said why I couldn't hear her. My breakfast sandwich was cold and no napkins. If you're getting food, napkins shouldn't have to be asked for. Sticking with Starbucks going forward.
Just dealt with the WORST customer service! Ordered an iced coffee and a frozen coffee and pulled up to get it and it was a hot coffee in an iced coffee cup, they said they couldn’t make it frozen one due to their being no ice, meanwhile they just handed me an iced coffee. So I asked for a refund and the girl plain said no and shut the window. So I went in for her name to call her manager and she took her name tag off so I couldn’t get her name and proceeded to tell me to wait for her to get off the clock to fight. Never again will I go back there. And she never refunded me my money!!
Espresso machine always broken, and usually have only one roast to offer. Service is awful, and when I do get my order it’s often wrong. I live right across the street and wish nothing more than to have a worth while dunkin within walking distance, but I guess if I want to enjoy my coffee for the day I’ll have to go for a drive.
Got the sourdough sammich, don't know who the cool was but that sammich was big

I want to day around 12:30. There’s are so rude and unprofessional. And they talk to me like I was a person from the streets. No respect at all. Need new employees.
Always no less than a 10 min wait even if I’m first in line
They make absolutely nothing right. Pumpkin cold brew with cold foam. No pumpkin swirl was added. Barely any cold foam. I could make a better drink than these baristas any day. This has happened every time. I used to go here 11 years ago when in high school. A decade later this location is still garbage. Dont bother, go to the Long Pond location.
Slowest Dunkin in Rochester by far. Never disappoints. They could have 10 employees working. It's still a 20 minute process to get out of there.
Constant long waits at this location only for them to get your order wrong.
