Watery coffee was made for me. I complained and got a new one this time the way coffee should taste.
Placed an order online for in lobby pickup., generally to avoid the 10 car drive thru line being that I open my store in the AM and need to be in and out. called the store to ask politely if I could just grab my coffee really quickly, was abruptly hung up on. This is my first review I have ever given anything on google, and will continue going to Kenneth drive Dunkin’ instead.
At 11:30am, I ordered 1 everything bagel, toasted with butter, 1 order of snackin' bacon, and 1 order of hashbrowns at.Firstly, I was told that at they didn't have everything bagels. So, instead I opted for a multigrain bagel.And then...they put cream cheese on it instead of butter...And to top it all off , the hashbrowns tasted like the oil was 2 months old. They're definitely not supposed to taste charred.
This is a great location. It's well-stacked and they cook the food right.
Sincerely awful. I used their hot chocolate for an awareness campaign through my University and paid with the company card. It’s a big problem if tax gets charged to a tax exempt card. I told the cashiers that I needed the purchase tax exempt, and they assured me it would be. It wasn’t, and I’ve been trying to get the tax refunded for weeks now by either calling or going in person and its either “the manager has to do that and they’re not in” or “yes I’m the manager but I’m not the real manager of this store”. Not to mention the fact that the staff except for two people were rude and not friendly, I couldn’t care less about that, I’ve worked in the service industry for many years I know the feeling but the evasive answers and the dodging accountability for weeks now is frankly the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company. Will never be going there again and encouraging others to do the same.
