This Dunkin’ Donuts is a slimy stain upon the good name of Dunkin’! The workers are most always rude or have an attitude, like boo I’m just trying to get a MID (emphasis on “mid”) coffee and it tastes like licking the pavement with all the nasty grounds in it. This is the last resort Dunkin when I am in a rush and Jesus the taste of grounds and sour coffee is in my little gobbler rn and I am GAGGING sis.
I just went 4/19/22 at 9:55 AM and I have to say this is the worst service I’ve ever had from there. They need to bring the old crew back that does a good job. They rush you through don’t even let you finish talking on the speaker and then when you get to the window you’ll get a rude little orange haired girl. When you ask a question she looks at you like what the eff. I must say I was highly disappointed this morning and the fact that my coffee lid was not on and spilled all over my desk should tell you everything!
This Dunkin is...okay. When I went to order what I would normally get, even though it was fairly early in the morning, it seemed like they were out of a lot. The staff also didn't seem very friendly during my visit there. It's not enough to make me not want to go back, but I also wasn't overly impressed.
Went to store to purchase a half a dozen donuts but I paid for each donut instead of the 1/2 dozen price? What? Seems like the front desk doesn’t know and still new. Overall, not a great experience.
I only buy regular hot latte. My review is only for that. The line moves along and the order was done right.
Not quite the best Dunkin’ restaurant in the area. Coffee tasted old, and partially watery. Drive-Thru experience was not the best of interactions I’ve had with staff on other occasions.
Donuts - It definitely brings Smile ?for kids and for people like me. One of the recent added menu - the omelette bites. It tastes so delicious. The mocha is the recent favorite. The place was neat and tidy. They had a great customer service and the food was delivered with great care. Great place- at the Brighton Henrietta town line road.
I started going to this one because it is close to work. I have to say, I love this dunkin. My order is always ready. The staff is so friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. It is always clean. I use my Togo app all the time for this place. Never a issue with it being down. Fast friendly service even when going through drive thru.
I bought a hot chocolate. Not the best. Too sweet for. My husband bought a cappuccino it was okey. But no waiting time at all. It was fast drive through.
Great service, yummy food,and of course excellent coffee
