Found a large hair on my food
My wife's staple is the 2 stores on Jefferson Road, UofR urgent care and taco bell locations.
I like to do a morning walk from my work every Sunday to grab a coffee and a sandwich, but it feels like every two to three weeks they lock their doors for the day and close the lobby while never posting it anywhere. I look up online and it says they are open but never state it's drive thru only.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will never come back to this dunkin again. A very rude young man took my order this evening and argued with me that I ordered oatmilk instead of whole milk for my green matcha latte when I asked him at the window since I saw it looked like it was not made properly and on top of that he was trying to give me food I didn't order. He argued with me over and over saying I said oat milk and not whole milk. I told him you should never argue with a customer and he looked so angry and had a poor attitude about his mistake. I told him sorry you misheard me and left. He gave me another drink made with whole milk and didn't even fill it up all the way. I just ended up drinking the one with oatmilk. Based on the way he acted I didn't trust drinking the other drink he remade.
Impressive how filling a simple order can be so difficult.
Went to get coffee this morning was so excited they were open at 5am! Went to the drive thru speaker no one answered, went to the window no one answered, so I callled the store. A lady answered and I asked if I could get a cup of coffee. She said she had a late start to the morning and won’t open until 5:30am. If I did this at my work I would be fired on the spot. Very unhappy!
Always check your bag before pulling off & always have receipt!
Was missing part of my order so I called to get a refund and not only was the lady I spoke with extremely rude but I was told they couldn’t give me a refund. This dunkin is the worst seems like the employees can just do whatever they want.
Went to get a large frozen coffee and the product I received was the consistency of the liquid you get after you leave a milk shake out for too long. Absolutely gross. I ended up going to the dunkin in Pittsford off monro to buy another one. The one in Pittsford will be my go to from now on.
