Went there this morning and ordered food. An employee then came to the window and said they were out of eggs. Ok no problem, we'd just take munchkins. Pay for the coffee and munchkins and then another employee comes to the window to say they were out of munchkins. With 5 employees working I don't understand how you forget to pull eggs. I already know they're frozen but if you run out of something you could always borrow from another location. At least that's how it is where I work ?♀️
Took 15 minutes to get two iced coffees. Didn’t have the flavor I wanted, that’s okay but then you charged us 9.56 for 2 coffees. Probably gonna get fired now because I’m late. Maybe I’ll come work for you guys, you desperately need help. UPDATE **** the coffee you gave us was wrong too…
I never have a good experience with this location. They're always out something everything time I come. Also my coffee is always in a messy cup. One time I was here the top wasn't on correctly and the entire large coffee spilled in my car and down my arm.
The drive through was very very slow. My order was not made correct
I’m writing my experience here because otherwise it seems I will not be heard anywhere else. So please read this and consider what i’ve been through. (Mentions of discrimination/awful management)I’m a now ex employee of this dunkin, i’ve worked there for months up until today. The manager here, Jordan, isn’t a good manager at all. she has favoritism towards certain employees and doesn’t care about the rest/treats them as well as her favorites. For starters I remember the first incident I had with her, another employee was talking down about me/bullying the way I take orders. Instead of stopping the employee; Jordan just stood there and let it happen until I said something and left my shift early. When about to quit Jordan convinced me to stay and had the co worker (who i’m choosing not to say) apologize to me.Second incident is where I felt discrimination. Last week Jordan had texted me claiming I stole 3 orders of hash browns. Having terrible memory I just believed her and was ready to pay the amount she said I owed next time I clocked in. Then that’s when it occurred to me that I should check my bank account just to be sure and I found a charge. When I encountered Jordan about this, she dismissed everything I was saying and told me she wouldn’t know what the charge is for. Keep in mind the store has cameras and the cash register (POS) consists of records used to make payments. She did not check any of that and was just ready to write on my record that I am a thief. I am a black woman, and she is caucasian, claiming that I stole something that both of my co workers vowed I did not stole. It took me contacting the general manager to check the records for her to listen and remove the write up. Otherwise she would not check for me.I quit the job because I could not stand being under her management and blatant favoritism/mistreating of me anymore. I hope whoever newly applies for this job is in for a whirlwind because I’m telling you right now, this job is extremely unprofessional and judge mental.Oh and one last thing, we once had a bunch of expired refresher syrup that hadn’t been thrown out since October in our fridge. Jordan had never checked it and she didn’t throw them out till a substitute employee (from another Dunkin location). Called and told her about it. Absolutely disgusting.
Extremely unprofessional, possibly one of the most toxic work environments in all of Rochester. Even with the low expectations for a restaurant in a gas station, you'll find yourself disappointed with this place.
This location was a horrible, and discriminatory experience for my friend. Immense amounts of favoritism, as well as an unkept, unorganized work environment. I wouldn’t even recommend getting a cup of water from here.
Whatever heavenly creature that just made my chai latte with matcha powder just put their entire dunkussy into my drink. it is infiltrating my soul and mending it back together with such richness and power that i may reach the top of maslow’s hierarchy of needs right now on this sunday afternoon.
Was not open at 6am for the second time this week. Website says they open at 5am…
Not bad for a dunkin in a gas station. Entrance is always locked so you have to go through the gas station door. Other than that good location!
